  1. Ive been playing around with adding nodes and editing templates for the Fast Mission Generator and was hoping to create ally and axis templates for Normandy but noticed that none of the WWII Assets show up in the "battery" list. Would be nice if ED could incorporate them into this part of ME but, assuming that wont happen, any way to add WWII assets in a LUA or something?
  2. You can always find latest pics here https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/screenshots/
  3. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/ Down near bottom of page the section that starts with-"How do I bind a boxed-product serial key..." might work. If not send Support your serial key and ask if they can make it happen.
  4. The only change you'll see on that preview image is different liveries. It doesn't show loadouts.
  5. What I found to work best with least performance hit is in game MSAAx2, nvidia set to "enhance application setting" with nvidia AAx2, and FXAA on. I haven't tried that SSAA though.
  6. There aren't any training missions for F15. In FC3 all training is with su27. There is only one instant action mission for Caucasus map with FC3. Try using create fast mission to make instant action type missions with or without enemies.
  7. You can also choose liveries on loadoutscreen in ME before you start.
  8. I only have CH products stick and throttle so I have rudder boundd to x-axis on mini joystick and have brakes set up on countetmeasure switch on stick.
  9. Maybe you need to dial in some trim before taking off. With P51 if you dont give it 5degrees right wing down it barrel rolls to left on takeoff. "Dancing on rudder pedals" as youre increasing speed seems to help keep straight.
  10. I find it to be a PITA to add custom loadouts to all the various "tasks" so I add them to task-nothing (this shows all loadouts combined from each task.
  11. Make sure you add new loadouts to the "task" you're using.
  12. By default looking around gets bound to 8way trim switches and thats what I use on the stick. I then add my modifier to trim controls for the trimming. On throttle I set up a 4way with zoom in/out slow, and zoom normal and view center to get back to default view.
  13. In the bin folder theres DCS Application that launches it.
  14. They've stated that the MP issues have forced them to rewrite code for how aircraft interact with all carriers. Also said it was going well.
  15. It says "early access" under name of modules on DCS store listing.
  16. Yes. I understand. Attach miz file (mission) so we can see whats up.
  17. You can attach a copy of zipped logs file or the mission miz file to a post here. Does p51 work in other missions? Did you adjust start time of mission? Sometimes people mistakenly change unit activation time thinking its start time and this will make plane unusable.
  18. No. All other planes/helos are in your DCS install in AI form. Missions are map specific though, so anything other than Caucasus map means buying a map.
  19. I wouldn't say no additional content by default. It does vary but typically there will be training, instant action, and SP missions as well as a campaign. Newer modules wont have a campaign right away since systems and features may be missing. Heres a link to User Download section set up to show F14 missions. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/?set_filter=Y&arrFilter_pf%5Bfiletype%5D=1&arrFilter_pf%5Bgameversion%5D=&arrFilter_pf%5Bfilelang%5D=&arrFilter_pf%5Baircraft%5D=545&arrFilter_DATE_CREATE_1_DAYS_TO_BACK=&CREATED_BY=&sort_by_order=TIMESTAMP_X_DESC&set_filter=Filter
  20. The F-16 came out before the last Stable update. Everything added to DCS since that Stable update is only available in Beta version until Beta build is pushed to Stable. JF-17 module is only available in Beta at this point for example.
  21. Along with F/A 18C you need the Nevada map aka NTTR ( Nevada test and training range). Just one map.
  22. The existing aircraft carriers are not modules. They are added to missions in the mission editor under ships.
  23. Attach a zipped copy of your "Logs" folder found in C. / Users / "your name" / Saved Games / DCS. There will be crash logs in here that might help figure it out.
  24. Someone else who knows the correct terminology can elaborate but basically Heading(course) needs to be adjusted depending on where you're flying. Something about true magnetic heading, I think. Its like 10 degrees off in Caucasus, 4 degrees off in Nevada...
