I've seen GBUs "go to sleep" (aka lose their alignment) if you fly straight and level for extended periods. The GBU-31s seem particularly prone to doing this.
(Stations on the DSMS will turn white)
Solution: Fly a little slalom as you approach the target. This seems to wake them up.
Failure to wake them up will usually generate an abort warning.

How do I get my shadow play recording to stay within the boundaries of the Media box? It looks as if the video is playing back full res behind the box because all I see is blank sky.
The sync function seems to be working however. Neat feature (if I can get my screen cap to squeeze into the box)
Thanks in advance.
Disregard: I discovered you can drop the resolution of Shadow Play recordings to a more manageable size and they fit the Media Window just fine. Very cool feature!
I’m aware of the knob position in the jet itself...
I’m talking about the claimed setting within the ME or the Sim that designates a Jet worthy of using that function.
If anyone can post a screenshot of where this mythical Stored Heading setting lives, I'd appreciate it because like Faks, I can't find it anywhere in relation to the F-16.
As the title says, if you need to keep an eye on your ground speed while taxiing, the INS Alignment page (LIST -> 6 on the ICP) displays your ground speed.
