Is there definitely a waypoint 1? I would repeat your procedure with a mission where you definitely know what waypoints are already set or not. I used the ins in 2.51 Multiplayer without a problem. If I remember correctly there were some lat/long for wp1, but I simply did override them. If that doesn't work I suggest to upload a track.

An easy and efficient way is to accelerate to a certain IAS ( e.g. 300kn) and then start a military thrust climb keeping that speed. With altitude your mach speed will increase. When you reached your mach speed (e.g. 0.6) you want to cruise at, you hold that instead of the IAS until you reached your cruise altitude.

As Axelerator says altitude and speed are your 2 factors you can change well during flight. You can calculate your optimum cruise altitude and speed with the charts from the manual: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1946738/ On the top right of each page you will find a little helper that tells you from where to enter the chart with what data and where to go from there.

Their intelligence deleted shadows F10 marks and in conclusion the AIC service was compromised... Jokes aside I saw a good combination of mi8, ka50 and su25t.

330 + 330 = 660 If you have a look at the manual; it explains that "jaug" shows total fuel and the left and right bars show the fuel of the left and right feeder fuel tank accordingly.

I like to add IFF to the list of necessary things. Simple codes and On/OFF would be ok. Server setting to make it always working (like now), settings by each plane or completely disable iff.
-
This is not a bug and definitely not a multiplayer issue. Look up how AOA gets measured to find an answer for that behavior. Should happen in all planes while on the ground and some wind involved.

That's a high quality video. Maybe it is not the "simulated" style that you are familiar with by bad documentaries and instead uses a style where the stuff gets drawn and partly animated. This thread only shows that someone does know little about art. I think in that style stuff is much more clearer and the message easier to understand. It doesn't need to look "realistic". It is for education and not a movie. Related are old and good us air Force videos where tactics are shown. Many other videos like the one Saab made mainly entertain people to influence their opinion on the weapon business that they are involved in but don't provide much information.

Tested. For both radios we can set an individual frequency. Now we just need an SRS update. But Ciribob is usually very quick. Edit.: with current SRS version the freq. for Radio one and two are fixed for SRS you cannot change them. Moving map and other new EHSD features are neat btw. Couldn't get the course line to show unfortunately.

I think he talks about the radar only. There is another thread with a discussion about the numbers for radar elevation angle and why it was changed.

Interview with Robert Hierl on the Mig-29 Fulcrum
RED replied to BIGNEWY's topic in Military and Aviation
Already posted in reality>military by bignewy. But interesting indeed. Makes you wish we get a dcs:mig29 -

What is the difference between "internal" and "external" testing?
RED replied to D4n's topic in General Bugs
No, that are testers Ed chose who are testing stuff that is not released public in the beta or release version. They are normal customers. -
Funktioniert sehr gut.

Yeah, i also would go with advanced wp setting for immortal and the use of a script for respawn. Baron script spawns a new Tanker/AWACS when the fuel gets low -> There will be no or little interruption in AWACS service. I think with Moose you can select at which waypoint the new group will spawn, not sure. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=112170 https://github.com/FlightControl-Master/MOOSE

They indicate fuel level. You should see the white bar get smaller when you get below ~1400 kg fuel total (jauge). You can check out how many kg each tank of the aircraft can hold to get a better understanding. The manual describes this very well.

Both sound like names the first like "... Lufbery and Immelmann ..." ->the names not maneuvers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gervais_Raoul_Lufbery the second one like a location the pilots flew to from Seoul.

Is this still some effect that comes from the update? I can remember to many scratches in 1.5 but did not remember sun reflections to be a problem. There is a thing that could lead to this problem: when you sit in the cockpit irl, your eyes will adjust to things far away and ignore those things near to you. Even if ED takes videos and models it after those, it would be likely overdone because the cameras are often adjusted to the cockpit and not to infinity. In the f16 video the pilot would have no trouble looking through the reflections from his displays, etc. In dcs we can't refocus our eyes and wouldn't be able to ignore the reflection. What makes things worse, clouds are completely ignored in this calculation. I flew the 39 on an completely overcast day and got blinded by my canopy that showed "reflections" from the sunlight that was not there. At night the flares from the flare dispenser illuminated the scratches on the canopy so bright that I was unable to differ between flares and scratches. Ed should think about A. removing these effects until a solution is found or B. allowing the user to select how strong these effects are Edit. Just noticed this is under VR. But I think this effects all setups.

Will there be any Russian Radio Navigation Systems for the L-39 and Mig 21 on this map? Details only lists western aids but neither include nor exclude eastern ones:
