    You do not have to remap your hotas, btw. The default assignments are wrong and need to be fixed in a future update, but you can simply save your old a-10c module profiles and then load them in the a-10c II: a few clicks only to do the job.

    Higher memory variant of the 30xx cards is just a rumor (and also quite unrealistic imho); nevertheless my vote Is for "other": g1 and g2 share resolution, so it's better to change vga, but it's even better to wait for big navi, just to compare and decide.

    Yes it is, but in the real a-10 there's a function on the mfd, currently not modeled but it has been suggested to be added and reported by NineLine.

    I agree, outstanding module; I only hope the open beta phase would be as short as possible, since an outstanding module like this desevres to be completed and as bug free as possible sooner than later, so keep the good work and do not move the focus!

    Le sensazioni sono ottime, l'a-10 già prima era il miglior modulo in assoluto in dcs e adesso è un gioiello imprescindibile, da solo vale tutto il simulatore; ciò nonostante concordo con lordfacker: piccoli bugs qua e là, errori nel manuale, funzioni ancora mancanti a me personalmente un po' disturbano: vorrei mettermi lì con un manuale completo a studiare e testare le cose senza troppi inghippi; ciò non toglie che sono felicissimo dell'acquisto, spero solo che trattandosi di un upgrade e non di un modulo completo, i lavori da fare per concludere questa fase non si prolunghino più del dovuto.

    Trattandosi di un modulo praticamente già fatto, nel quale hanno solo aggiunto alcune funzionalità e colto l'occasione di lavorare con veri piloti di a-10c per correggere alcune inesattezze del vecchio modello, mi auguro che la fase di early access sia il più breve possibile, e quindi che non si tratti di "lungo tempo"; c'è da dire che ormai l'abbiamo comperato tutti per cui ora si butteranno sul mi-24, speriamo bene... nulla di nuovo sotto il sole comunque.

    Ho avuto conferma nella sezione internazionale: il CMS lavora come al solito, il "bug" stavolta è nel manuale. P.S. Nine Line però ha postato questa tabella dalla quale si direbbe siano in arrivo novità anche per il CMS. Insomma, in definitiva è il solito early access pieno di bug e di funzioni mancanti, per 6 euro me ne farò una ragione e aspetterò pazientemente tempi migliori...

    Start program both on right and left, stop program on the z axis. The inverted functions versus old a-10c (fwd-aft to change and left-right to start-stop): is it also a typing error or it's correct as It Is, i.e. the opposite vs a-10c?

    Credo ci sia qualche errore di battitura in merito al CMS, alcuni comandi sono ripetuti due volte per la stessa funzione.

    Io l'ho acquistato per sfruttare lo sconto, tra miglia residue e cambio euro-dollaro l'ho pagato 6 euro, vedo però che c'è ancora qualche bug; intanto riprendo in mano il manuale e mi rimetto a studiare, ma per l'utilizzo intensivo aspetterò ancora un po'. Di certo con questo a-10c 2 la fretta di acquistare il 18 è completamente sparita!

    It's the first thing I've done: cleared all the categories and loaded my saved profiles from a-10c: some commands have different functions, but "china hat fwd" is always "china hat fwd", the hotas hardware is still the same. Just Remember to check axes tab (I'm not sure axes get saved in config files) and add modifiers if you use them.

    Il china hat non ha mai avuto a che fare col set soi; la funzione è coolie hat up short, e dovrebbe funzionare tanto sul nuovo quanto sul vecchio secondo il manuale; le uniche eccezioni sono che se sei già sullo hud va sul hmit, se sei sul hmit torna allo hud e se sei sull'aim-9 va sullo hmit; non ho potuto provare, ma se non va è un bug. P.S. a-10c II ha un set di assegnazione tasti dedicato e diverso da a-10c, verifica di aver impostato bene i comandi, magari è quello.

    The bug with today's open beta is still not officially corrected, we have to manually modify the file as described. Is there a way to report this issue as a bug? English cockpit is unusable and not everyone is able to read cyrillic.

    Io al momento sono indeciso tra 3070 e 3080, soprattutto nell'ottica di aggiornare anche la VR (reverb g2?). Ma alcuni rumors parlano di big navi 5% meno performante di una 3080 ma a 150 euro in meno e con 16 GB di vram. Se fosse vero a questo giro farei un upgrade tutto amd, VGA e anche CPU (sempre ad ottobre arrivano i nuovi rizen).

    È PayPal che ha difficoltà, cambiate metodo di pagamento e funziona tutto.

    In realtà nessuna delle due versioni corrisponde esattamente ad una suite reale; grosso modo le corrispondenze sono quelle da te indicate ma non esattamente: la prima versione è una suite 3 ma con alcuni elementi della 5; la versione nuova è una suite 5 ma con alcuni elementi più nuovi. In definitiva sono entrambe due suite "DCS version".

    I already have a fb account, I have an android phone and some amazon alexa devices at my home, I also have a PC windows and I use cortana, so everyone is already spying me, no big issues for what I'm concerned. I'm more concerned about data compression through oculus link cable leading to a worst image quality on PC despite good hmd resolution. According to the reviews I've seen, Quest 2 Is not the best device for PC use. It's a device focused on the standalone experience and a lot of interesting titles have been announced, but PC experience Is an ancillary function and not the main one. As someone interested mainly in PC VR, I think maybe there are better options, reverb g2 being one of those.

    It's not a matter of definitions, it's a matter of facts: if ED itself can declare the f/a-18 out of early access even if they plan to add other stuff later, then why RB should not declare the av-8b finished now? I have never bought early access module, from now on I'll check carefully what to buy even among so called "finished" modules. Opinions and comments on the forum will be my friends to decide, assuming someone will still take the risk to buy out of early access stuff that is not finished. To understand each other is the thing that matters, now I understand, thanks for clarification.

    That's for sure; also the slightly lower resolution vs reverb g2 could give better fps for an almost unnoticeable difference in visual quality. That's the only reason I'm still undecided.

    I hope... better: I am sure we'll have a very high quality module, given what they have obtained with the mod, without the sdk, but It Is unrealistic to expect a bug-free product in an everchanging environment such as dcs.

    Immagino che con un SDK da studiare e capirne bene tutte le potenzialità, di lavoro da fare ce ne sia molto; ancora complimenti a tutti, studiate con calma e non abbiate fretta, al massimo nel frattempo ci diletteremo con la mod. Ovvio e scontato dire che, nonostante non abbia mai acquistato early access e non intenda iniziare a farlo, tolta forse l'eccezione dell'a-10c II giusto per sfruttare lo sconto, appena ci sarà il preordine per il 339 sarò lì a cliccare col portafoglio aperto!
