  1. so you are getting denied on the website? maybe try to go to the link https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/ in an incognito browser. that way there are no cookies. or another browser all together. PS can you get logged in to game and see / fly the modules you have?
  2. do an air start mission and try the process. then save a track. we can look at it as a track maybe see what is going wrong. i can give you a tip. start at about 20 miles out. get your pod on the target. then run in. when you get cue to drop bomb, drop it. then take a hard turn to port. then after a few seconds start an orbit to starboard in a slow circle. this will keep the pod on the target and not get masked. see Mambo
  3. this indicates that you are getting DNS from your router. have you tried to power recycle your internet equipment?
  4. it sounds like a control binding issue to me. can you look through controls for that plane to see if any control is bound to multiple places? the TIR unplugged could be the option "device hotplug"
  5. the message you are getting in the logs indicate not being able to reach the server to connect. not that you are being refused because of the wrong version. this is the other post. see if there is anything you have not tried. also see if you can do an IPCONFIG/ALL and post the results. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/ipconfig
  6. ok. that is good. is this issue completely reproduceable? meaning every time and every server?
  7. hello. this is just like a post i participated in back is 2020. can you get to these two sites? https://cdn.digitalcombatsimulator.com/ https://updates.digitalcombatsimulator.com/ these host are on systems in VA, US. where are you located?
  8. best bet is to use a mod manager to achieve this. unfortunately i do not know another way.
  9. the training missions are map dependent. as far as i can see, they are only on Caucuses map. so it seems to me that is where you are running into problems.
  10. Hello. SSLR is an fps hog. I have heard users state that one could lose 10%. I personally have always had that off. Grass and cluster is sort a waste since you are in the air. Preload radius is also a big user of VRAM and RAM. Maybe test this. There can be some weird anomalies with this though too.
  11. understood. and yes the fps counter looks good. this is telling you your bottleneck is CPU. it is the opposite of what you would think by saying gpu bound.
  12. after all this time you have a workaround! i changed some parameters in the Cauc free flight and it worked great. i still need to test but i think the T-72s still do not get hot. i knew you would save us!
  13. you can export each of those keys in case the process goes south. what drive are you trying to install it?
  14. @Valium - you may want to check all the mods that you have what is known to work on the version of DCS. any ED helper is going to ask you to disable or uninstall all mods as a test. then add them back one by one. from your log i cannot figure out the culprit.
  15. no problem. us old guys do better when we work together.
  16. hello. log has lots of errors about corrupt damage models. finally it runs out of memory just before crash. this too which i cannot recall seeing before. i would suggest trying a slow repair.
  17. ah i see. likely the registry has something to correct. or why not move the stable, make a copy and then run the update command prompt method to make it beta? null
  18. no problem. if you need more help, just come back and ask.
  19. hello there should be a dialog box right after license agreement.
  20. hello Working in a virtual environment? I would suggest a permanent pagefile of 32768 https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/196924-page-file-tip-by-mustang/ Scripts are failing There are remaining mods Many Integrity Checks fails Just before crash DX device removed; disable hotplug Try renaming the DCS folder in Saved Games. do not delete! then run DCS. folder will be recreated fresh. then copy over your control mappings. good luck.
  21. rename the folder in Saved Games. It will be recreated. then just copy over controls etc.
  22. hello. also try to run a repair of DCS if reinstall does not work..
  23. Definitely. Also number of objects. Graphics settings. Etc. It all adds up. I discovered on an older computer that any disk access will affect performance. My example is I had my screen saver as photos. That caused troubles. In the case of TACVIEW, it is writing the track to disk.
  24. this is true. in the dcs.log there are lines that call out what the difference would be in FPS with TACVIEW enabled vs disabled. 2023-03-23 20:55:12.129 INFO TACVIEW.DLL (Main): During the last 600.0s an average of 74 units objects and 1 ballistic objects have been active per frame 2023-03-23 20:55:12.129 INFO TACVIEW.DLL (Main): The average frame rate of 114.4fps would have been 123.8fps if the flight data recorder was disabled this is from my log on MT.
