Seems like the VR Market is too small for motivate them ... if it had VR, I would buy it too :)

I think they made the right choice, many people is scared by DCS ... so being a separate game can bring more new users. And some of those users, if they like it and want to go the next step, they'll come to DCS. Even if MAC would be a module of DCS, we would be separated, people with MAC probably will play on servers with labels, etc etc.

Some people must be having issues because of very illuminated areas/windows ... I just tried yesterday my Quest, and I was very Impresed by the tracking, miles ahead of the tracking from PSVR, almost the same than with my Rift CV1. When you get the touchs to close to the cameras it has some issues, but Mage Carmack is working on it, I'm hopefull :)

Wow, he looks impresed by ALVR ... my Quest is arriving this week, I have to try it, and see if it's better than with my CV1

A friend told me that Night Flights are better on Rift S because there is no glare. Personally, I don't have problems with glare flying at night in DCS.

Lo mejor es que te pilles el Stalingrado de oferta, y saques conclusiones por ti mismo !!!! Por 17 euros tienes un mapa y 8 aviones, y ademas el resto de mapas los puedes usar en multijugador. La verdad que esta muy bien BoS, y es un producto que esta en constante evolución como DCS. Yo la WWII en DCS no he tocado aun, me he pillado el mapa de Normandia, que es muy flojo y poco optimizado, lo bueno es que van a salir 2 mapas mas, y aviones van saliendo poco a poco. En un futuro creo que le daré a los 2, IL-2 usando todos los aviones, y en DCS me especializaré en un par. PD: A ver quien es el primero que saca el pacifico !!!!! :joystick:

Moving the housing in and out doesn't afect FOV and clarity ? I was eather thinking on cutting/removing a piece of rubber if that's posible. Edit: I get it, you push it out just for a moment for reading ... interesting

For DCS is enough, you'll never have oclusion betten the HMD and the sensor. Didn't know there were still those packs, you'll get also the Oculus Remote, and the Guitar Hero touch holder ... The Rift S is a Bitter sidegrade, what IPD do you have ? If you are near the average (63mm) you'll have a very good sweet spot, but if you have it near the limits, you'll have a small sweet spot.

WMR tracking precision is not bad. The problem is the tacking volume, where your hands can be tracked, that is small compared to other solutions:

With Oculus, you can do that without additional programs. Still not very mature, it's made on Javascript and uses too much RAM, but it's a good start at least. It's called Oculus Dash, and I dond't understard how SteamVR diesn't have something equivalent.

Top image, top sound, top confort .... If a had a better graphics card, that would be my choice. I guess I'll upgrade in 1-2 years, if nothing better arises, I'll go with Reverb.

If you only play DCS, I think the HP Reverb is the Best option. If not, I think Rift S would be your best option, despite the bad sound, blacks, 80Hz, etc ...
