Can't wait to see the cockpits. I am really excited. A little bit disappointed that FC3 won't have updates for the Mig or Su 33. But I understand about limited resources. I hope they don't give up though, and perhaps someone ...ED partners or modders can take the opportunity to update the Mig and Su33. I am willing to pay another 10$ for the extra update.

Probably atleast one if not all. Although I am sure we will not know until the update is released. If things go wrong/bugs and they decide to delay it, they don't want the backlash that they might get.

More than damage model....the wheels don't stick to runway anymore. The landing gear doesn't feel like gliding on un breakable stilts....plane doesn't sink and explode on contact if u land too steeply.

oh...the height of it? That is the issue...you are comparing semi 2d cockpits from FC2 or old lomac to full 3d cockpits. This is more realistic. The hud is positioned as floating from the projector underneath over the combiner (the glass pieces at 45 degrees).

I wouldn't mind it at 120$ either. Good price for a replacement grip.

I personally am excited for hopefully the new cockpits for FC3 "may" potentially be in 1.2.4...so I can''t wait either. :p lol! I have put FC3 away for a bit until the cockpits get released. :p Cant wait. But yeah....to support ED/Belsimtek, will pick up the Huey. Looks like fun...but not such a big deal for me. ;)

@dwest... ED have been burnt many times previously by quoting release date estimates. So now this is their standard answer. So just deal with it. They have a lot to do and very few people to do everything.

yeah...u should be fine with both.

before that we need better terrain cover.... pits and boulders etc... and of course AI update to make use of these objects too.

SAGE is a perfect demonstration of how HAVOK can be used for EDGE. Perhaps not to that degree... every power line destructable etc...but atleast the buildings and vehicles. Perhaps a nice layer of physics based destructability rather than the current one "plop" destruction effect.

yup! Just bought it. Personally not interested in the WW2 era planes...but this price point is too good to pass up. Comeon' bring on the flankers, hornets and the eagles...in that order. ;)

There is no need for a connection. THe warthog stick and throttle use seperate usb ports. I don't know if the cougar has its own usb port. If it does...then there is no issue whatsoever and you can use them together.

I posted this other day in the wishlist. Falcon 4 BMS I think has got it right. A lot better visibility of the SAM smoke trails. ED can you please make changes to the smoke modelling? Check out ralfi's F4 BMS video.... for the SA-3 site missile launch at 6:15. 7Z4-FmyU1YY Notice the persistent smoke. The smoke in DCS right now is just too light. Hard to even track it. In most RL videos I have seen...the smoke is persistent for a while and remains there and very dense. I guess also depends on air conditions...wind etc.

yeah...I wondered about this too...but since the warthog is the second most expensive thing after my laptop itself, I baby it and unplug it every time after I use it. My concern is even if the LEDs burn out or something.

Hi guys, I am running the new update for 1.2.3 and I found the Su27 from far has flickering in its textures. Also...we no longer get any dust when skimming the ground.

yeah...I don't mind shelling 15$ or so for the upgrades either.

As far as I can read by translation engine...its still not planned. :cry: Lol ED!! Just get them all done. You have come so far...give us 6dof for the migs, the sea flanker and the rook as well.
