Does Salvo mode work for releasing two vikhr at the same time? I can't seem to get it to work and there isn't a hud indication of the selected stores in 1.2.3.

Page 30&128 of the P51 flight manual gives all the different RPM and MP combinations and instrument limits. Ive got it tacked on the wall beside my desk for quick reference.

Wow it does actually feel like stealing at this price. What an incredible piece of work to sell for less than a pack of cigarettes here in the uk!! An expansion into the ww2 sim market would be a great thing to see but its a massive modeling project to create an authentic period map and I doubt ED will make one. Maybe 3rd party but its a big job. P.S DCS IL2 Sturmovick or DCS TB3 would be awsome.

ED are just miles ahead of the competition, nobody will catch them up. I'll take BOS no matter what level of complexity it is, I just love flight. I even played TC Hawx:smilewink:

Lol that came out wrong, of course it would be great to see a new split throttle with tonnes of rotaries on it for trim, prop-pitch, mixture etc and I think they would make ROI on a product like that, hell I'd pay £300 for that and so would alot of others. What I meant to say is that I hope CH don't drop out of the simware market their gear is bullet proof. P.S is the fraken potato available internationally?

Yeah in 1.1.1.1 the turbines would "windmill" in the breeze causing the low oil pressure master caution to go off. Warthog stick rules, but what really made the game come "alive" for me was the cougar MFD's on a second monitor, really gives the immersion.

How is the force feedback? I have a G940 and I was wondering about the FFB effects.:joystick:

They can't assure us that the ai will work any more in the builds after 09 as they changed the scripting mehods for mission making and some of the Shore and Devils cross triggers were knackered I think :cry:

Turning the steer point dial on the AAR to "mission" displays all mission steerpoints even without them being in the current flightplan, don't know if this would work for ones created in ME but it works for ones created in mission from bullseye calls.

I've downloaded tonnes of user made SP missions and always "put up" with the snapviews being locked to whatever the mission maker had them at i.e mission maker has panoramic 3 moniter setup so I'm stuck with their massive default FOV on my puny 22" moniter. Also some of the missions were made before the snapviews were finalised during the Beta days and they're not so good. Is there a way to force the default snapviews? I checked Views.lua and UseDefaultSnapviews=true so I'm stumped.

I'm pretty sure you can just download the complete 1.1.1.1 from the site and install this using the key you got for your hard copy. This is the recommended method rather than applying multiple patches. These have been broken as of 09, some members are working on correcting the scripting but i haven't seen anything recently.

Nice idea using the mini touch screen, that would make an excellent CDU hmm. I think I just had an idea for my next needless purchase

A full size ATX board is what you want, there is also micro-ATX but the smaller boards have less slots for pci cards and less features. First thing when building a pc is decide what CPU you are gonna get then you get the motherboard for that type of CPU then the RAM for that CPU. After that you can mix and match video card, sound card to your personal preference.

Played through mission one last night, ran fine got the win. Good luck with the rest of the campaign I'll keep checking back here for more :thumbup:
