  1. 64MB btw, my DCS crashed trying to open. edit: now I cant open my DCS: remove that file so no one else gets damaged.
  2. What I do is STOR HDG then GPS wait for it to align and then MIDS LVT to ON, after that LIST - ENTER (DLNK) - any number on ICP to set it to ON, and it works fine.
  3. I usually say the same, but then I figured out using AG radar helps locate those small settlements, there is usually a house or a car you can boresight to.
  4. Hi, can you post a short track so we can see whats going on? When no power on the jet the brake will not function also when throttle is above approximately 75% (as far as I know) the break will disengage.

  6. Only UH-60 and Herc, they don't affect Viper but I can try it without those. Don't know if you did anything with the FCR prior to Maverick mode change. I noticed that if you change any modes on the FCR before changing to EO-PRE it will not go to CRM on the FCR. It will behave as expected. So basically do not touch anything, just power it it up and wait for it to come online.

  8. @Raptor9 I think this is what we were talking about, When AGM-65 is switched from VIS to PRE mode FCR goes in CRM mode rather than GM mode, done with cold aircraft on the ground. F-16 Maverick and CRM radar mode.trk
  9. If you rearmed on the ground you need to set RIGHT HDPT to OFF and then ON again, then wait for TGP to power up.
  10. I just tested, Master Arm is not necessary.
  11. In the manual UHF guard freq for F-16 is 243.0, and VHF 121.5 so AWACS needs to be tuned to the same frequency for you to hear it while you listen to guard channel.

  16. The problem is, as I see it, when reaming DCS rearms the stations that are not updated in the rearm window so TGP gets rearmed even tho it is not selected for rearm. While HTS stays powered on. It is off course logical to turn off the station prior to rearming, but then that would mean, when weapons are rearmed, that STORE STA switch need to be set to OFF as well, along with RIGHT and LEFT HDPT. In real life they probably have some procedure for this, would be really great if it was simulated in DCS as well.
  17. I just rearmed a running jet, you need to flip the switch OFF then ON again and it will start up. But HTSworks like nothing happened.

Exactly this, people that never did AAR are trying to suggest aids to do it, like giving advice about dating and you never had a partner AAR is like life, it will not be easy once you start living on your own, but when you make it, it is really rewarding. Practice guys, you can do it, don't be a quitter.

  23. Thanks, some of the stuff is really game breaking, there is Maverick bore sight issue too.
