If you didn't Confirm coordinates at the first 2 min of Norm alignment it will mess up, you have to press enter on both Lat and Long when doing Norm alignment. If its something else, post a track.

When radar antenna is pointed down, and move ACQ Cursor forward from the middle towards top of the MFD my scan elevation on the ACQ Cursor decreases, shouldn't it be increasing? And when you move ACQ Cursor to the bottom of the MFD the elevation increases. F-16 FCR strange elevation .trk

In my opinion with Lantrin, which is older and less capable pod, you don't lose any aspect of a 2007 Viper, since they were using Lantrin after all. We will get Sniper later, and remember Viper is still in EA, and in the future if ED gets access to more info a Litening pod as well.

They found out that the info for the pod they had was indeed for the LANTRIN and not Litening pod, so now they are correcting that misunderstanding, are they doing something wrong here?

Exactly this, they can't choose the time when some info will pop up, but it did pop up and now they are fixing it. Maybe this will push SniperXR towards a sooner implementation. (let's just hope they can do it).

They most likely used Litening II or Sniper XR in 2007 but for Litening ED don't have enough info, so until we get Sniper XR we are stuck with Lantrin.

We only asked if we are getting one or the other or both pods, nothing specific on them. At the moment on the roadmap we have: Complete LITENING II Targeting Pod. This mostly consists of correct offset logic and improving display clarity. and then we have: Current Litening/LANTIRN mash-up targeting pod to true LANTIRN targeting pod.

It would be great if they would explain changes in roadmap, not just make a post "updated OP" and then dead comms.

Well they are planing to add boom and basket psychics so I guess it wont be easier. It is beneficial for users to adjust or tune pitch and roll axis so they can fly formation easy, and lots of practice and patience. But in my opinion if you make some easy basket mode how can it help you master AAR? It will just keep you on that lvl and you wont ever turn that easy mode off. Cause as soon as you turn it off you'll see that you cant keep up with it cause you haven't ever tried it the normal way. You can simulate easy mode AAR by not hooking up, and just flying under the tanker, keeping formation. Then when you feel ready try to hook up. Hope this helps.
