OK, so have TADS as your ACQ source and scroll through the list until cross is where you want it. BTW, unless you are pushing into the AO, you never should come into range of anything but SAM

It's the same system as Mi-24 AI: SAM, AAA, MBT, IFV, APC, INF, TRUCK. Only same category will be prioritized by distance. It's still WIP.

Both of you need to open voice chat window and enter same "room" -
1,3 and 4 are all the one problem. I'm guessing you are running multithread version. Go to rearm screen and select another skin. You don't need to click OK, you can just choose another skin and then cancel, it will fix your problems. 2) for the Petro free fire, you still need to line up for him to be able to shoot. Get that cross into small circle on your HUD and he will shoot, unless line of sight to the target is blocked

What version are you on? There was a bug with that, but it is resolved now

Again? Yes, you do need to use trim button.

10K? Density altitude is what, 12-13K? Too high for hover, try to maintain speed above ETL

Grip stays in flight position. You don't touch it unless it is emergency, which AFAIK is not modelled in DCS. Show us you bindings

Throttles are not your solution. Are you also sure that you don't have any ghost bindings for correlator (Russian speak for twist grip)?

OK, I'll take you on your word that you are flying completely normal and not pulling full collective. It would be the best if you can give us track file of such flight, but my wild guess is that anti-ice system is on.

It's not a glitch. It is just showing what position FMS is using for its references. Trim options in DCS are there just to be able to interface with vast selection of peripherals that are out there. Trim options do not affect FM in any way. -
I have done a 10 minutes test. In that time, I have gained exactly 2 knots from my start speed. I think you might have wrong ideas of how hold modes work in concept of helicopter flight. I think at this point, every further discussion is moot until you give us track file to check over.

So,you are boresighting incorrectly. I don't care if you find this kind or not. If you do boresight correctly, gun will shoot accurately, nothing more, nothing less.

that's how it should work -
Track would be the best. TBH, I use holding modes only if I need to go head down for some reason. So, not much at all. One of the reasons I am in DCS is because I like flying helicopters. If it was just button pushing and watching scenery go by I would have gone to train simulators.

Dust protection will take 200 kgs off of your max take off weight. Anti-ice will take 1000. And that's at sea level. I downloaded track after posting. I did manage to take off with all systems activated. Problem with OP is that he seemingly has no idea of OGE/IGE power requirements, ETL, and bunch of other stuff needed for helicopter flight. Not using anti ice/dust protection would definitely help in this situation, but that won't save his bacon when those are actually needed.

Depending on your other peripherals, you can bind weapons, countermeasures, etc.
