SkateZilla Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Do you have the same problem though? Desktop plays the game in a vertical sliver of the screen, not in full screen? The Window on the Desktop is merely a mirror of the left eye, ALT+ENTER Will Fullscreen the window but stretch it horizontally (but it will allow you to click everything without interference from Desktop elements. When in Fullscreen Applications might not be able to record the picture. (OBS Etc). Haukka81 Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Just bought Oculus rift, about week and it should be here :) Its used but in very good condition. Cost me just below 600euros , so no more games for me this year. (Tight budget) Maybe one more module (i look you F-5) and thats all. Somebody know how to fix this problem? Wait for it... wait for it... Turn around :) Oh god I am such a child, sorry. Wakkaman Posted December 1, 2016 Posted December 1, 2016 hahaha No actually it wasn't reversed it was more like what i was seeing was moving along with my head. Dunno how to explain it, because i am not a native english speaker. But i restarted my comp and that worked!
Neldrion Posted December 1, 2016 Posted December 1, 2016 Ah ok, propably your camera sensor did not track poperly for a moment, therefore your surroundings moved with you. Sometimes the USB's port on the pc can get a little confused :) Quote Vedexent: The technical term for an over ambitious ground attack pilot is "dead". Rocky49 Posted December 1, 2016 Posted December 1, 2016 had the same experience with every thing staying same distance from your view, so that when you lean in, cockpit moves back, keeping the same distance. It is the sensor. you can reset it and all will be good. Enduro14 Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 So back from deployment and setup the CV1. Simply amazing, the clarity and overall experience is such a huge step up from the dk2. The ability to zoom!! Using pixel density 2.0 with my 1080 and its gorgeous. Hats off to Oculus and a huge hats off to Eagle Dynamics for all the awesome additions to dcs world to make it so much better in VR. Im really really amazed, no more 4k for me it will be nothing but VR from now on. The ASW seems to work very well on my end and i do not notice or percieve the change from 90 to 45. Maybe ive hit my head on jumps to many times lol. Either way Very happy and hope to fly with others in VR Shortly. 1 Intel 8700k @5ghz, 32gb ram, 1080ti, Rift S

Johnny Dioxin Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 What's really funny (and good) is that my VR experience improved hugely after the 1.5.5 update today. I posted elsewhere that it had become poor, and guessed it was due to ASW - but it would seem that whatever the issue was, has now been fixed. Great stuff! Had excellent performance - even when recording, flying online with my PC as server. Really pleased - internal and external views were good (quality) too. I didn't actually check the framerate, because it was easily good enough. Flamin_Squirrel Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Can someone for the love of god explain why I can't get the FPS counter up? It's very hard to objectively test settings without it.
