AFAIK the yellow index (150-180 km/h) on the Air Speed Indicator (page 18 ) - marks the rotation speed band for take off.

 

NOT as indicated on the cockpit diagram "Yellow Index: Max Gear/Flap Extension Airspeed"

 

Speed limits are 310 km/h for Flaps and 340 km/h for Landing Gear Extension.
