Not to take it to seriously :) but first reason might be expectarion for different setup to get some frash air so to say, the second is the release of BF1 :)

I had intended to join Bluefor in Korea Flag (something fresh)...

Same. Waiting for Korea (and Vietnam in the future) :)

Ok, I see. Well we can use it as testing and training for different approach and tactics, plus we also help testing the server for its stability while at the same time still have some fun.

Team red pilots where are you? I could use some support! :)

Also there is a bug, I didn't get killmessages with the players that I just killed :P (I think I didn't kill AI)

All server messages are turned off. It rocks! No more looking at kill feed to see if ground targets or air targets destroyed.

Now we just need map icons off :)

hey but I want to at least know after 5 minutes if I shot Ai or player... :/

Its indeed adding a whole dimension to the "are the strikers still in danger" question if GCI has no picture.

And for a2g you have to rely on eyeball and other methods.

For scouting purposes, I still prefer to use an extra set of eyeballs - use the old school way to multicrew the helos :D

You can look at trks to find out who killed you or who you killed. It wont be real time ego stroking though.

Well good luck spending 30-60 minutes just going through the track to FINALLY reach the moment where you can see what happened and then that moment PASSES and to "rewind" you have to skip the track from the BEGINNING again...

Do the folks at Buddyspike still plan on editing the liveries for next round since it seems their server solution is more stable?

Ok will try but I think last time I tried it didn't show other aircraft... do I have to change TacView settings then or what is causing it?

run the track of your blueflag visit, then you can rewind that as often as you want.

To avoid confusion: you watch your track in DCS (cross fingers that it is not broken, although it probably is), then Tacview will record everything from the track and you'll have a good .acmi

Is Blue still having armies of helos compared to red on farps? last round it was 8 to 4. And please add mig21 and su-25 in Batumi.

Yes we haz 6 gazelles and 2 uh1s per farp.

You have 2 ka50s and 2 mi8s.

mi8 needs 4,8 minutes for a roundtrip 20km including one landing taxed at 0,5 minutes.

UH1/Gazelle roughly need 7 calculating 1 minute for landing.

4 blue pilots can do 34 deploys per hour like that, while 2 mi8 can do 25/h.

3 blue pilots can do 25 deploys/h.

So yee, given that 3+ is pretty rare and redfor already can do the same with 2 helos which bluefor needs 3 for I do not see the necessity unless I am retarded.

I mean I see the problem of not on comms people taking slots but there is no real solution unless we mix helis again.

I see you are talking again about Tacview recording. Since the track records are corrupt most of the times or very time consuming to re-record then finally have a tacview working file.

"Could it be possible that the server records ACMI TacView files for each runs then those files be archived and made available for download?

Or if such recording is disabled is disabled even for server not only for clients?"

Wouldn't be easier if the server records a tacview and make it available say in 24 hours?
