sloop Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 So given it was an honest mistake and no ill was meant, those that paid more for the same pre-purchase of the product for absolutely no reason before it has been released will be getting an appropriate store credit. Thanks! That is really big of you ED, I am sure your loyal customers who pre-purchase products to show their support will appreciate the kind gesture in these dark difficult times. :thumbup:

Raven68 Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 I have not attempted it yet, but I am curious can static objects be driven by event triggers? Say for instance the carrier is going into recovery mode can the static crew be positioned for such an event? Will Wags review how to place the animated Crew? Given they have to be at particular stations, I'd imagine the animated crew are where they are & the mission maker doesn't have a lot of say over where they start. Cheers.

Sorry, I am not sure what you mean, we have stated for some time the warbird team has been busy on the P-47, not sure what the shot over our bow is for. Let me know and I will pass on your feedback to the team, thanks. Plus, lets please keep this thread on topic. Thanks again. ThorBrasil Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 Very well done the video! Extremely well explained! Congratulations to all involved! Matt made an excellent landing! fmedges Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 That ball tool is a welcome addition. Jar did an awesome job with the explanations. One of the best case one videos I’ve seen in relation to dcs. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Allied Air Command Website | Allied Air Command Discord
randomTOTEN Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 I'm personally not a fan of the pop-up IFLOLS, but I know many are. And with some display resolutions it is pretty much mandatory. I also liked how the cut lights flashed when the LSO acknowledged the ball call... that was a nice touch. Also the standoffs for the wires looks great, and a great explanation of the landing procedure! Otherwise, it all looks pretty similar to what we have now. I'm hyped again!
hein22 Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 I couldn't even see the IFLOS in wags' video, only the pop up one. Did we have a step back in ball's visibility? Stay safe
hein22 Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 Also, did anyone notice that the static truck wags put on the carrier came with some static people as well? Stay safe
JayBird Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 I like the IFLOS popup, I hope this can be seen separate from the flight control indicator F-14 | F/A-18C | F-16C | AJS-37 | M-2000C | A-10C | UH-1H | F-5E | P-51 | Bf 109 Nevada | Persian Gulf | Normandy | Supercarrier YouTube | Steam | Discord: JayBird#4400 i7-7700K | GTX 980 | 32gb RAM | 500gb SSD | 2TB HDD| Track IR | TM Warthog HOTAS | Logitech Pro Pedals
Raven68 Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 Static objects don't move, but the animated crew should. Hmmm I guess I will have to see how the crew behaves in both launch and recovery phases. Nevertheless it looks nice so far and looking forward to it.
