You can select multiple units by holding the shift key and then move them all together. It is however extremely inefficient and as soon as you accidentally click next to a unit, your entire selection becomes undone. It's especially a pita if you want to quikly edit something while in VR mode. I don't understand why in 2020 we still don't have a box selection option.
