I look forward to flying this aircraft, as my last WW2 bird (the Mosquito) was two years ago, on 2021.

@Plexus The Diagramm of Polar CL/AOA Diagram the redline of cowl Flaps is not following exact the Line of the Chart. Is the cowl Flaps in the DCS test only partly open? 
Or done because difference is minour to not overcomplicate it?

The graph provided is relevant for the La-5FN with the same wing. From reports, we know that this detrimental phenomenon has been reduced for the La-7, hence the decrease in the drop effect on the graph.

The cowl flap itself got smaller on the La7 so less distrubance for the Airflow along wing Root, right?

Было бы здорово, если бы иногда говорили на какой стадии проект, какие есть проблемы, есть ли движение к финальной точке выпуска проекта. Понятно, что мы ничего не можем сделать кроме как посочувствовать. Но все же, интересно узнать.

In this recent note, let's focus on a small but important detail concerning the operation of the hydraulic system of the La-7 aircraft, which is designed to control the position of the landing gear and flaps.

 

The control valve levers for the landing gear and flaps have three positions: "DEPLOYED," "NEUTRAL," "RETRACTED."

After completing the retraction or deployment of the landing gear and flaps, the pilot must move the lever to the "NEUTRAL" position.

Delaying the return of the lever to the neutral position leads to an increase in pressure in the hydraulic system and premature failure of the hydraulic pump.

It should also be noted that the flap control valve can only operate when the landing gear valve is in the neutral position, as it is connected to the idle circuit.

As you can see, using the aircraft's hydraulic system requires attention and precision.

на шильде закрылков не хватает потертости, потому как, летчик, берясь за рукоятку, рукавом куртки будет протирать краску на шильде)))

Да камон. Нельзя так предложения строить. Глагол и деепричастие всегда должны относиться к одному субъекту. Т.е. действие и дополнительное действие всегда выполняются одним и тем же лицом. Т.е. берясь за рукоятку лётчик будет протирать краску! А у вас - краска, берясь за рукоятку, рукавом протирает саму себя.
