I don't understand people who post camouflages for versions other than 9.12 here. It would be great if there was a default skin from aircraft which ED has a scanned cockpit.

I would really love if ED would would make proper former Yugoslav camo and markings, not just ability to add it under Yugoslavia as a country in mission coalitions, (for example the MiG-21Bis has it but it lacks numbering, it has roundels and tail flag only but no numbering). Right now you can chose Yugoslavia as a country but skin and markings are of USSR/Russia, not former Yugoslavia.

The only 9.12A Warsaw pact export variant in inventory of Serbian Air Force and Air Defense. Donated in 2017 and was one of the last operational MiG-29A in Europe, if not the last. Short lived, btw. It was upgraded not long after donation to SM+ standard.

Serbian serial designation number: 18151.

Production year: 1989.

Hungarian Air Force MiG-29 9.12

Operated by the 59th TFW 1st and 2nd squadron Puma and Dongó from 1993 - 2010

Inculded both early and late livery varriants.
With the original Russian paint used from 1993 - 2002
Then the NATO gray from 2002 - 2010

Inculded some special airshow varraitns as well.

Why when in the viper is only with AA loadout, it cannot be selected the GM/GMT/SEA Radar?

Also in the case after firing the AG loadout, and then pure AA loadout, it is possible to switch to GM/GMT/SEA radar.

 

Is the first case a bug?

Thoughts on a Mig-29 Campaign set in the current Ukraine war focusing on Missions of the 40th Tactical Aviation Brigade?  

These missions are going to be based on original combat reports, and extensive research from Actual Ukranian sources.

Don't think it's Possible,since the war Is still ongoing,but would love to hear your thoughts on this

Hi, 

you need to be able to select a AG mode other than CCIP or Strafe for those radar modes, and not possible without appropriate ordnance.

you can select those off of NAV mode. just not in AG without AG weapons. kinda backwards. but one would need public evidence to get it changed.

@Wags wait, why is this post in skin wishlist? this has nothing to do with a skin, but with the functionality of the F-16 AG radar modes depending on loadout. nothing to do with a Mig 29 skin...

Everything is possible, but since DCS has both Russian and Ukranian end users, I'd rather not have such a Campaign made yet, maybe after this stupid War ends.
