There is an actual map of the planned area (high and low detail) in the FAQ thread.  No need to guess anymore.

Let's say that on my little own I substantially agree... Decimomannu training and exercise area in Sardinia seems "too far just a little bit" even to be, but... oh, to be fine, it's fine. Just we can get it soon, let's see what and how many goods has it in.

The lo-res map almost reaches Piacenza (but not quite). IMO this airbase should be included, since a Tornado module is in development, and the German Air Force had Tornados stationed there from 1995 to 2001. ECR and Recce.

Very nice. In my modest opinion Ghedi AFB should be included, since it was, and is, home to most Italian Tornado squadrons. If you do go as far as Ghedi, then Verona AFB used to have F-104's and AMX's which played a substantial role in the conflict. Also, since it is already within the map limits, Rivolto AFB used to be a major AMX base at the time, as well as the home of the Frecce Tricolori (which it still is).

That being said I'm already over the moon for this map, and the current state would still make more than happy (being Italian).

Hey there are 2 hangars near Split Airport which were operational during the war for our Homeland, they were operational during Operation Allied Force as well, would love if you could model those too.

Yeah, I remember the use of Piacenza San Damiano appearing frequently in the news during the air war.
Also, the Germans regularly had transport flights between Landsberg am Lech (near Munich) and Skopje (Macedonia) using their C-160s.

I understand OnReTech's notice that they give their 2026 release deadline a higher priority than the expansion of parts of the map or the addition of airbases.

Nevertheless, I would love to see an expansion of the high/medium detailed area to the north-west (to include Piacenza San Damiano / Milano and Landsberg am Lech / Munich) and to the south-east (to include all of Albania, Macedonia and a part of Northern Greece, similar to the Balkans map in Falcon 4.38).

Also, it would be great to see more of the Italian land mass included into the high/medium detailed area, especially between Bologna and Naples.

Needless to say, this theater will be high on my list when it will be released.

I think Tivat Airport in Montenegro should also be included. It is a small civilian airport in Boka Kotorska bay, but very important. Whenever you fly to Montenegro for summer holiday, you land at Tivat. It should be easy to do.

How about Bulgarian's one?

While everyone focuses on 90's scenarios for this map It would definitely goes a long way for Cold War scenarios no doubt
