I only played about 2 hours of the beta, so I still have a lot to learn. I look forward to the release of the printed manual. Can I use the files to seed Bittorrent for other ppl? or do the files have to be DL from Torrent before they can be used for seeding? Yes, thats the way i do. If you are using uTorrent: Copy all 4 DCS files to a new directory, open the torrent file normally. Inside uTorrent right click the DCS torrent, go to Advanced, click on "Set Download Location", select the folder you copied the files early. Then right click again on the torrent and chose "Force Re-check". Start the torrent and it will be seeding. Went from flying a-10C beta 1 with a keyboard on my laptop to the full version with hotas and tracker IR. With three weeks off...I'm going to have LOADS of flight time! Thanks ED and congrats on the accomplishment. Now if only I can get through to the downloads to start was is probably going to be a VERY long download. Not surprising, but anybody else having that problem? Proceed to downloads page doesn't load? Seems to hang.

If all fails, Restart that PC :D The files I got were exactly the same size as the beta4 ones, this was from the German mirror and when you installed them you got the beta installation. I am re-downloading from the torrent now.

Well theres a kick in the gentleman vegetables. If I actually manage to get it downloading from the us ftp I get around 20kbs at best, compared to 200kbs per file on the german ftp.
