Boris Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 19 next month, boy do I feel young. [insert token "you'll get old before you know it" comment here] My first gaming device was a GB colour and the first PC game I played was Aladin from a floppy. Are you sure you didn't mistype 19 for 29? I was 11 when I played Aladdin and it came out about the time you were born! If you're 19 you shouldn't even know what a floppy or a game boy colour is... PC Specs / Hardware: MSI z370 Gaming Plus Mainboard, Intel 8700k @ 5GHz, MSI Sea Hawk 2080 Ti @ 2100MHz, 32GB 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM Displays: Philips BDM4065UC 60Hz 4K UHD Screen, Pimax 8KX Controllers / Peripherals: VPC MongoosT-50, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, modded MS FFB2/CH Combatstick, MFG Crosswind Pedals, Gametrix JetSeat OS: Windows 10 Home Creator's Update

Hans-Joachim Marseille Posted July 18, 2013 Posted July 18, 2013 (edited) 40 long winters ... Remember playing , The Last Ninja and ACE: Air Combat on C64 with a tape-deck (tweaking the read/write-head with a screwdriver, hoping the game would load). And cutting 5 1/4" floppys to double the capacity from 360 kB to a whopping 720 kB. You would need 8342 of those to fit DCS: World. Still have a crush on slave Leia (even though she's turned into a lesbian). Edited July 18, 2013 by Hans-Joachim Marseille
