Brisse Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 This driver does not seem to have the trouble with DCS that 13.8 had.
TurboHog Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 I gained some FPS with the HD5670. At least the Mi-8 is enjoyable for me now! In the Huey my FPS is above 25 almost all of the time so I'm really happy! 'Frett'

Martinbulldog Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Good to hear we are getting gains ! I maybe got a bigger gains because of a more powerful card overclocked ? But for me is it like a whole new sim great!!
Kuky Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 I got little FPS increase (my rough estimate is 5% - based on trying comparing FPS in SU-27 before and after) with these driver also (you can see my setup in sig) so I give  for these drivers Windows 11 Home | Asus TUF Gaming B850-Plus WiFi MB | AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D + LC AIO 360 | MSI RTX 5090 LC 360 | 64GB PC5-48000 DDR5 | 1TB M2 SSD x2 | NZXT C1000 Gold ATX 3.1 1000W | HOTAS Cougar+MFG Crosswind ... and waiting on Pimax Crystal Super VR headset & DCS MiG-29A release
Humvee28 Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Installed, and the Driver gave me a lot of Blackouts ingame and Bluescreens with ati***.dll Reverted to 13.4, and no Problems. I´m on a HD 5870. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My System-Specs @ SysProfile Real Pilots need "No Mark". :D
Suchacz Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 No difference here with my 7870 Per aspera ad astra! Crucial reading about DCS: Black Shark - Black Shark and Coaxial Rotor Aerodynamics, Black Shark and the Trimmer, Black Shark – Autopilot: Part 1, Black Shark – Autopilot: Part 2

I´m on a HD 5870. Black screen sounds like a VPU recover, are you overclocking the card? also check your temperatures.
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted September 8, 2013 ED Team Posted September 8, 2013 13.10 seems ok for me with a 7850 oc 2GB but still slow down in multiplayer. Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Humvee28 Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Black screen sounds like a VPU recover, are you overclocking the card? also check your temperatures. Negative on the OC. Temps are okay also. Maybe a messed up Driver Installation. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My System-Specs @ SysProfile Real Pilots need "No Mark". :D
SkateZilla Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 I Also recommend disabling Digital Driver Signing Requirement in Windows, Otherwise parts of the Driver wont install. Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs

Humvee28 Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 I Also recommend disabling Digital Driver Signing Requirement in Windows, Otherwise parts of the Driver wont install. I´ve googled a bit, and found out how to do that via CMD, but hadn´t the Time to test it. Will try it out today. Thanks for the Advice, Skate. Humvee ---Also a potential Power Supply interruption, Not allowing the VPU to recover fast enough for the OS. hence the "Blue Screen". Wasn't there an issue with the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 and gaming? Which Issue? I can´t remember that i´ve heard anything about Problems with the 9650 and gaming. Personally, i can´t report anything bad after Years of use either. But it seems to be a Driver Problem really, because before the Installation of 13.10 everything was fine, and after Deinstallation and rollback to 13.4 also. Or maybe a sporadic HW-Failure. My Comp isn´t the youngest anymore, but sadly i have to wait for building a new one. Thanks for your Help! Greets [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My System-Specs @ SysProfile Real Pilots need "No Mark". :D
