  6. I feel the exact same way. In fact, I will no longer purchase any more DCS modules that are in early release. You never know if they are going to be in "early release" mode forever.

  8. Hello there, I have mant modules and all of the maps installed and the latest big patch had 170 GB downloaded. It took 7 hours on my terrible 50 Mbit/sec connection. As we do not know what is included and at what size in the patches I wish to have to the following extra options: - Download pause - Shut down the PC after completetion with 5 minute timer to cancel - Selectable download, where core is mandatory and each map and each module is optional This would enable a way better management. Thank you!

  12. when start taking off in gunner seat i have to set the rudder all leftrudder to keep him straight this is completedly different when i am in the pilot seat . This schould not be the case. is this a bug?
  13. Hi all, since a long time I've got this issue in DCS: the screen flickers "darker and lighter" as if a veil was thrown (and taken away) on the sun (what a poet...); it is very annoying. Currently using rtx 3080 and the problem seems immune to drivers updates. It is very evident when paused or in a bright condition. Any help would be appreciated, trhanks in advance!

  15. Wing tanks were plumbed for the 9.13 or Fulcrum C varients (MiG-29S in DCS). None of the 9.12 native or export varients where ever plumbed for wing tanks, including the low fidelity flaming cliffs version of the MiG-29A (your thinking of the MiG-29S) that is in DCS. One centerline is all we get, however we can extend her range quite a bit by getting high and pulling back to around 85%-90% rpm.

My first attempt at this mission following the update had the missile fly to the last enroute waypoint but then fail to turn to the target waypoint, instead staying on its previous course and flying until crashing into the sea (when I assume it ran out of fuel). Same or similar behaviour to track01a above, although I did set the fuse this time. track_03.trk

  18. ED, On the FC3 version of the Mig29A it allows for 1150L wing fuel tanks to be fitted to pylon 3 & 5 (inboard stations). This is useful for longer flights , or fast ferry flights (aka in MP when you may need to go from a far base to front line quickly). Just curious the FF does not allow for wing tanks, please can they be added on the next patch? Thanks.

It doesn't really make sense otherwise, unless they want to release itbas a free version in the Caucasus for SP, and have it as a paid module per map like the NS430 and/or Multiplayer. I wouldn't blame them for cashing in on it if that is the case. I can't imagine all the work they've done on this actually.
  20. There is no TPM 2.0 for this HW so Win11 for sure won't work on this platform, so you'd be stuck with Win10. If that is worth it, I honestly dunno. It likely has DDR-ECC RAM with 1333MHz iirc, safe & secure but slow too. Same with PCIe versions and modern GPU, it's problems wherever you look. Use that Tower, it's iconic, maybe the nicest Tower of all time impv, but forget the interior for DCS.
  21. The missile will generate ground textures. At a certain distance (iirc 70nm) the ground textures disappear. If understood correctly, This is because of the host having such a far distance from the missile and is more of another problem rather than the missile. I am not sure if this is the same case with the SLAM-ER but I imagine at some distance it is. I don't want t specifically speak for him, But if this is what he is refering to I can get a track to show. I don't think it's weapon specific

Publishing a post using any language other than the one established for this part of the Forum, is undoubtedly a lack of respect for the other users ... in essence instead of you translating your text to english once, you are forcing each other user to translate it ... like your own time were more valuable than the time of others, so lets waste theirs.
  24. Moving the TGP away from the initial SPOI and area tracking something else will deem the new location the TGP is looking at the SPOI. In order to go back to the original SPOI it should fix itself when switching between WPs while in NAV & switching back to the caged TGP. This can also be nullified by having the TGP in SP instead of SLAVE while slewing the TGP around. This is not a bug. This is replicating your SPOI on your HSD. Often times it won't designate an area track because of contrast, Adjusting that generally fixes the issue.
