  2. IF a Vietnam map happens, I wouldn't be surprised if ED releases a refurbished UH-1H. But I think it's more likely that they will go for a modernized UH-60 or a CH-53 before spending more time on UH-1H...
  3. Added the ability to designate an AWACS surveillance (SURV) Multi-Sensor Integration (MSI) track file as the Launch and Steering (L&S) or Designated Target 2 (DT2). This is a work in progress with expected changes/improvements later. When finalized, an instructional video will be provided. Known issues: AIM-120 desync issues (not strictly an MSI issue, but rather more visible because of it) Half-sized HAFU for MSI track in TWS radar mode. Missing L&S, MSI-only tracks on SA page. Incorrect AIM-120 RWR warnings from MSI-only launches. Incorrect HMD indication of MSI-only targets as friendly. All MSI targets should be in the priority ranking matrix. Low priority tracks presentation missing. HAFU's missing proper MEM flashing logic based on contributing source. L&S Trackfile losing radar contribution causes the trackfile to be deleted and requires re-designating.
  4. Hi, I have a couple of questions. I installed the mod and fix via ovgme: But when I try to load a mission with templates I get the error that is talked in this topic: I am using the MT version and launching the game as administrator. Is there something I am missing to do, using the latest DCS version.

Will the keybinds for the A-10c II ever be updated to include UP and DOWN options for various switches, for example, radio dials, the landing/taxi lights switch, anti-skid switch and many others. This would make binding to momentary switches and rotary dials much more usable. It seems the more recent modules have this functionality.

  10. Sorry, I din't save a track file. This happens often. I did not figure the pattern. If I repeat the same mission it may or may not happen. I'd guess it has to do with the way and time we (player) are in the runway before taking off. A side note: in the missions where we land and takeoff at Abbeville the ATC (at Abbeville only) does not respond.
  11. I think you got great answers from @HE5405 and @Rudel_chw. As I mentioned in the FAQ, I've made sure that the internal IDs are different (as well as the names displayed in the menus). Also worth noticing is that the new core assets are named and sorted like EDs core assets, with the asset type first, for example: MBT T-90A [CH].

  14. Hi PC, I only have one instance of Voice Attack running and it is up to date (I have attached a screenshot of my installed apps). At this point, unless you have other suggestions, I will probably uninstall Vaicom Pro and reinstall/reconfigure (Ugh!). Thanks for your persistence! Apps-Installed Apps.pdf
  15. I'm not CH, but the old Mod Packs are still fully compatible with the newly added CH assets added to the DCS core. The latter are stored on this path: Within the Mission Editor there is no assets conflict, as the older Mod assets have names staring with a [CH] prefix ... while the assets built into DCS have [CH] as a suffix.

  17. Currenthill has already covered what to do in his FAQ. The answer is nothing. The new assets are added with a different naming convention. The “core” ones have the [CH] suffix instead of a prefix. So if you have all the assets installed you will essentially have 2 version now, the core versions and the mod version. He has said over time he will start to remove the units that become core from the packs so in future there is no duplications.
  18. Hello, first sorry for my broken english. Today's release should have fixed RSBN navigation for the MiG-21Bis in the Germany map. However, I don't have the feeling that it would work. For example, Damgarden has channel 32 and it doesn't work. The far and near beacons work properly. Do you have the same problem? best regards

  20. I'm not sure. I believe the dead zone settings on the Special Menu are for the MFSS version of the Winwing stick (or others with similar function.)
  21. The most likely solution is ED creating a global map. I know it was mentioned in the 2025 above and beyond video. Since then, no new updates.

  25. Uncheck the historical switch on the bottom of the screen and the units will appear. I've seen all of them already in the editor. It is indeed a bug with the clock switch for historical units being checked on, perhaps.

  27. As title says, if you touch elevation and then try to FACQ a MSI target, whether it's set to L+S or not, it will try to acquire the target at current elevation. If you don't touch elevation since spawn, the function works as intended. Also, as seen in the "FACQ_wo_moving_elevation.trk" track, TDC depress to designate MSI targets and NWS to switch MSI targets seem to work only periodically.
