Can you say a bit more about the exact specs, or is that not set in stone yet? Some of the consortium/MAP jets differed a bit in terms of radar modes, symbology, avionics etc between air to air and air to ground jets for example.

Rule of thumb: When it says things like "disappointed", "does not meet expectations", "needs attention", it's a complaint. When it says "This exact thing happened to me in this exact spot under these circumstances, here's a track file. Happy to provide more information if needed", it's a bug report. ----- It's just so much easier for the devs when players provide all the pertinent information. Where did it happen? Did you try just once or can you reproduce that thing every time? Did you try to fix the issue? If so, what did you try already? Did you try in 2D and does it happen in 2D as well? What are your PC's specs? A short track showcasing the issue is always a big help. Confirm right away you're not running mods, or deactivated all of them prior to reporting. Confirm you've already repaired DCS. You know, that kind of stuff.

Has anyone here already been able to put some real hours into the BSB2? I’m mainly flying in DCS, currently on a Quest 3 with VD, but also considering a Pimax (Crystal/Crystal Light). Would you recommend the Beyond over those options in terms of clarity, comfort and overall sim experience?

Yes, FFB issues in the Mossie has been reported before. I have an old MS FFB2, with a short extension. It's very twitchy to fly and impossible to trim. ED has stated they will look into FFB for all of their modules when they get their hands on FFB devices. Well, whatever... Enough effort with his matter.. Anyway, I have found the solution. As mentioned, I have marked the file SnapViews.lua as "read only" and after several days of gameplay, I don't have this issue any more. If I want to change something in the SnapViews.lua I just remove temporarily the "read only" attribute and then apply it again. No biggie. Also, my file SnapViews.lua gets backed up daily in my Windows 11 file history. But remember, ED / DCS had a similar issue a couple of years ago, which eventually was resolved. Period.
