Thanks for reporting back. Could you still send me the track file please? I'd like to understand what happened there.
-
Correct. Easy to fix. Open the miz in 7zip and delete the "snapview/view" folder or similar. Save the file and you have your own snapviews. I don't remember why they're saved in the first place. @ac5 I just noticed you've posted it in the Marianas WWII forum, that's probably why there's so little traction. It should probably be moved to the view bugs forum as this cannot possibly be a map issue. Cheers!

MAXsenna started following This is quite the surprise!

Whoa! Forum is already updated!

Hi all, that's the rub... And yes, virgo 47, it happen with also with any other planes. Although in the case of other planes "DCS" just zooms out the default view but does not touch the other saved snap views. Much worse with the Corsair, there "DCS" not "just" zooms out the default view, but it also messes up ALL the other saved snap views! And yes, it happens also on other maps with the same planes, but far less than in the Marianas maps, both modern and WWII. See screenshots with written on explanations. I also include the Missions. F-22A Raptor mod enhancement mod
mrjay replied to Nightstorm's topic in Flyable/Drivable Mods for DCS World
I do know git and (not needed to compile efm) bash ... and few other thingys. But there are no commits which were not released with v2.1.0 except "README instruction fix" commit. All other commits are from June 6 and before. Release v2.1.0 was posted on github also on June 6 including "EFM Hotfixes (#11)" commit. So there is nothing to test and you should be able to jump into plane without issues if you compiled EFM part correctly (with cmake and later msbuild or visual studio) and copied output dll to bin folder. On another note, bhoop is working on fully standalone version (no jumping into f-15 first or editing entry.lua file anymore) according to his discord. Can't wait when it will be released! -
Did someone sell you a bridge? Both of the Marianas maps are free. The PTO asset pack is a paid module, not an update. If you own the WWII asset pack you get a 30% discount when the PTO asset pack is available for purchase. It's not yet. Or am I completely missing your question as my reading skills have taken a break today? Cheers!

Digital Combat Simulator Build
Raven (Elysian Angel) replied to axas's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
For a new build, I’d go for 64GB at a minimum. 96 or 128 if you want to be safe for the next 5-10 years. And yes, a 9800X3D is significantly better than a 7800X3D. But it depends on availability/price in your region. -
Previous thread on wearing helmets in C-130s: https://forum.dcs.world/topic/377124-herk-pilots-dont-wear-helmets/#comment-5677838 Short answer: it depends, but more likely to be seen in a combat situation.

Correct I'll need to test again and see if it's actually desynch.

After reinstalling the campaign, everything seems to work OK .

Glitch, ground checks work perfectly here.

We have election this year, (September), and this fu**ing idiot, (from my bloody side), thinks that letting a foreign company build a monster of a data center, (to basically get free electricity), will bring 4000 workplaces/positions for the local community, and that Norway will become a leader in AI. @MiG21bisFishbedL is correct. Dotcom has returned.

I'd get more use out of a downvote feature than a ChatGPT dynamic campaign.

That shot of an Apache loading is a C-17, your only loading one of those in a C-130 cut in pieces.

Carrier pilot is an excellent book for a personal take on a British FAA Corsair in the Pacific. And Tidal Wave by Thomas McKelvey Cleaver deals with the last months of the war. Including the British pacific fleet off Okinawa and even the British flying over Japan itself.
