  1. Please just fix the Bullseye on Sinia map, I should not have mess with editing files with notepad when the developers can fix this.
  2. Thanks Rainmaker for the quick response.
  3. Trying to figure how to take a screen shot to show you, but in Nav mode I am seeing two fixed traingles on the angle of bank indicator in the HUD in NAV Mode. Not sure why they are their or whether they should be there. They do not move. One is on the right side at 58 degrees and the other is on the left side just shy of the 45 degree mark. Neither move and they are on the other side of the moving Angle of Bank indicator in the HUD.
  4. =617=Evil I can never thank you enough for the find work you have done on these missions. I will always be happy to pay for the work you have done, becuase it has helped me become so much more proficient in the F-16. I was wondering if you would ever consider doing the same missions in the F-15E, since it could be years before we see these kind of training missions for the F-15E and I really like to maintain the same proficiency in both aircraft. Best Regards, Checkmate
  5. I'm seeing the same thing, it looks like micro studdering every 5 seconds or something close to that. Not in VR just using RTX 2080 TI with a AMD Treadripper 3970.
  6. I wish they would also fix this training mission as well. I have the problems as well. I shoot down the missle and the mission does not go on or say completed. All the AGM-65 mission is broken as well. ED can you please finally fix.
  7. Very greatful for these training mission. They have been a big help. I had to go into the mission editor for the Basic - Cold Start & Takeoff Practice and change the mission status to player so I could fly it. Just making sure that was the right thing to do. The mission have given me a great platform to train off and wanted to say thank you.
  8. The mission is great for getting familure with the F-16. This patrol was a great idea. Thank you for sharing your hard work.
  9. I thought ED was going to fix the broken F-16 AGM training mission so it stops crashing to the desktop. You have all the information you need to see their is a problem. Flying a training mission following the steps and then it crashes to the destop with the message show above seems like something that needs to be fixed.
  10. I think this can be closed out, It's working fine on my machine. CCRP Cluster Bombing mission is now mission 13 and I checked, BA is set to 1500ft and everthing else seems to be working fine. Hope this helps.
  11. Thank you for fine work of providing training missions for the F-16 that allow us to keep proficienct in the jet and practice the correct switchology needed like muscle memory.
  12. Is the stick suppose to require that much pressure to roll the jet. I have to push the stick to the point it wants to break free of my desk. I feel like I have to apply to much force to the stick to get the F-16 to do what I want it to do. Not sure if the settings out of the box arecorrect. I see in the simapppro software that there are setting I can change but nothing make all the big a diffrence. The F-16 rolls very slowly. I’m just not strong enough to roll the aircraft like I was on my Virpil stick. Just curious if that how it’s supposed to be?
  13. I'm getting the same error messsage using the AGM-65 training mission for the F-16. ED please just run the training mission and you will get the same error as posted above dcs.log
  14. Hi Bunny thanks for the response. From what I understand the RWR on F-16 block 50 (AN/ALR-56) is little bit older than the RWR on F-18C (AN/ALR-67). Very impressed when in the F-16 if you press the Separate button in F-16 Block 50 the RWR takes returns on top of each other seperates them along the same bearing line. I would think that the F-18 would do the same thing. By keeping them all on the same bearing line at least you know what direction the signal is coming from. Same issue with the Priorty funtion in the F-16 block 50, the priorty button allows you to priortize the target to only show AG or AA depending on what type you want to look at. I would hope that the slightly newer system in the F-18C compared to F-16 block 50 would work the same way.
  15. Are any of the new features for the F-16 RWR going to make it into the F-18. I really like how F-16 RWR allows you to priortize AG treats or AA treats, how new emitters detected are handled, radar guided missle alert tone, target seperate button, etc. Maybe this functionality never existed in the F-18 and that is why were not seeing. It just feels like over the last year we have seen a lot of new features added to the F-16, but not a lot of love for the F-18.
  16. I tried flying around at 40,000ft for over 30 minues and didn't notice anything. Shouldn't I pass out? I have seen the affect in other aircraft and looks pretty cool. Things start to look bury, then color goes away, and then my vision begins fade out. But in the F/A-18C nothing happens. I was wonder if the OBOGS system is modeled or if something is not working that used to.
  17. Created a new mission from scratch just me and the carrier. I got ACLS to work, including the showing the Tadpole and mode 1. The autopilot Coupled correctly. Then I tried it a second time and I could not get the Autopilot into CPL inside of 5 miles. First time I think I got a disconnect message and after that each time I tried to push the CPL button nothing happened. I think we need some more guidelines from ED on how to get this to work correctly. One question, should we have more time so that we can do at least one turn in the marshaling stack. Right now the Expected Approach Time (EAT) does not allow for anything more than a straight in from the Final bearing. Assuming that I am behind the ship when I make the call to mother. It would be nice if they added an additional six minutes so at least I can execute one turn in the Marshall stack. Or is that unrealistic and in real life do most pilots just fly straight in without ever making a turn in the Marshaling Stack?
  18. I’m having the same issue. I followed instructions for creating my own mission; added ACLS and Link 4 everything works up to the last 4 miles. I cannot CPL the autopilot and i get no Tadpole symbols in hud. UPDATE I took my existing bad weather carrier mission and remove the carrier and added the George Washington Supper Carrier. Then flew the mission again. Everything work including the Coupling the Autopilot to the ACSL Tadpole showed up on the HUD. Weather was pretting raining and a little turbulent. The autopilot still maintain the ATO (Auto throttle and the Autopilot Coupled to the App Mode. It seems that everthing worked. It looks like we need to remove the old Super Carrier and re-add it again. Not sure if it only works with the George Washington, but that was the Carrier Wags used in his video. Hope this helps a few people. I will keep testing. Checkmate
  19. Like everything in life once you take the time to understand it it becomes second nature. What I like about ED is each aircraft is like going to flight school and it feels like I am learning something real. I don't want it to be easy, I want it to be realistic and rewarding. Now I look at Viper as easy to fly when it was once complicated. I looked at the Hornet in the same way and I bet one day I will be telling people how easy the Apache is to fly once I put in the time to learn it.
  20. When I complete the next mission JDAM Employment, I get the same error message when I exit the mission: " You have the wrong version of the mission editor and that their is a newer one" Also, I notice that the mission never move onto task three so I completed it manually and when completed it never released the aircraft from Active Pause.
  21. Is their some way of going back to the Lat/Lon I entered for SLAM STPs to make sure I entered them correctly? I know I can see the Target Lat/Lon on the MSN page for JDAM, but not quite sure how to check SLAM STP. Feetwet
  22. I am finding several errors with the three new missions. First, the coordinates for the JDAM location on the Knee Board for the Laser Factory JDAM TGT TGT 1A and JDAM TGT 2A do not match the knee board or the location on the mission map. Second, the description of the Mission on the Training Mission selection screen when you click on it with the mouse gives the description of the previous mission "AGM-88 Harm". When I complete the mission I get a error message about having the wrong version of the mission editor and that their is a newer one. I did the update just like I always did so not sure if anyone else is having this problem. I am also having issues with the second half of the mission using the data entry for the JSOW, but this tread is getting to long. Can someone else verify if they are have issues with this mission as well before I go onto writing all the bugs I am seeing with all three new missions. Thanks, Feetwet
  23. I am having the same problem, the follow me vehicle just stops before the runway and no more instructions are given. The follow me vehicle used to taxi onto the runway for lineup and instruction were given for takeoff.
