As most are reporting I am getting a significant increase in performance in attached test missions. On average I am getting a 90% increase in FPS (from ~40 FPS to ~75 FPS). CPU utilization from 15-20% to 35-40%. What surprises me is that mission startup time is much quicker also (down from 20s to 11s on Persian Gulf mission attached and from 25s to 14s for the South Atlantic mission attached). This is not because of SSD speed, but probably related to CPU preparing the mission. Downloaded the mission, but is a little confused. In the video you have police cruisers, ambulances,different non vanilla vessels and more. When I open the mission in the ME, none of these units are present. Are you using mods packs in addition or is the mission only created with vanilla units (and not like the video teaser)?

I use 2 clicks "nose up" on the trim during landing. Works very well and was recommended by Wags.

With a 2625 feet runway, it is limited to the Harrier and Viggen jets I would guess?

I have used Smoothtrack (last with iPhone 13 Pro) for two years now and was one of those that thought TrackIR was overpriced and unnecessary. One of the cons using SmoothTrack is that you need good light in the room and I prefer to fly with the room darkened. So finally after two years I got the Track IR with Trackclip Pro. Tested all of yesterday and got the settings the way I liked. Conclusion: The TrackIR has impressed me. Superior precision and software and is a HIGHLY recommended headtracker if you are spending any time in DCS. Now the calibrating of the HMCS at cold start in the F-16 is a breeze compared to before and can't wait to use the gun in the Apache... The pricing is not very bad either. You can get the TrackIR NP reasonable on eBAY. Got the bundle with Trackclip Pro for 135 $ including shipping.

I created this thread 13 months ago and last week I (finally) got the Viggen Guess the big update on the Viggen recently made the module extra interesting to check out. So far I have been reading, watching videos and mapping buttons. Had a few simple flights so far and really looking forward to Easter and give full attention to this exciting module. Low, fast, ground attack and pop-up points is refreshing after TGPs and loitering for "too many" flights The tips in the thread above are valuable to me when getting going. Thanks!

Love the French pack. Is it possible to get a prefix in the init names to distinguish the units in the French pack from the Vanilla units?
