On top of the above I would also like to see ED statement that they are committed to providing full support to the screen exporting. Reading about various bugs related to for example bad looking exported screens for Hornet, issues with clarity, intensity of exported screens. Let's not forget exporting screens is not built into main UI, but required custom Lua. What if screen exports gone bad and ED opted out from chaising fixes to these?

One thing that is always bothering me with those projects is actual availability of stocked items, and local distributions centers. Shipping from china going to cost me, tax is going to bump up the price considerably and if it breaks I am left with no legal obligations form seller. I can ship it on my expense back to them and then what? No hardware, no money, no guarantee of support whatsoever. If it was available in European established resellers, sure I can sell my kidney and buy. Look at the Viper Gear though, based in Europe and I am not even sure if they are still alive. No stock.

It was for me as well. It's in early access, maybe in few years it will become a beauty. Remember that lots of people are apparently enjoying it and think it is the best map. Same will go for Kola, people who fly high and do A2A will not care about lack of detail down low. I am mostly interested in low level ground attack and also fly Hind or Apache from time to time, therefore for me low level details must much or supass those if Marianas or Syria. We will see. I will wait in anticipation and hope.

I am really happy with Orbx announcement. \ I hope they are well aware that DCS requires a lot of detail in low level area for all ground pounders / combined arms / Viggen drivers and helo riders.

Yep. That's by Razbam. I do not own Harrier but I guess it would work with it. Hornet doesn't, front gear damage. I have not tried Su-33, which I assume would work fine. I was wondering if Hornet could ski jump from Kuznetsov as well. As I could not place Hornet on Kuz via ME I trapped on it, but once I subsequently set up for a jump, the main gear collapsed once the JBD came up, together with those red wheels chocks whatever these are called.

You saw what BN said in that post you linked right? I would not expect a fix from ED until somebody can provide a declassified proof to them that in fact it is NOT working as intended.
