Ok... watched the tracks myself lol. Yeah, DCS Replay system is a big "I wish" item. As if it never happened... Eject - track plays that he killed me Clipped - track plays that he did not eject... Logs show what really happened though

1 vs. 1 over Guam, player in Hornet and Ace in Flanker D. Gun safe, flying, making him defensive, he ejected. I was getting the same result for three times in a row. In debriefing, "ai abort mission" was logged, then ejection, and then crash as normal. First time he did that when he was getting on my six, we were below 800 feet over Guam, so I thought he crashed into something. But debrief log showed only "ai abort mission". Second time I had him in front, high. Third time I was getting on his six ~15 degrees nose down. All three times no track - as it was too long. So I edited the mission. 1. ai abort mission - when he flew really close to me - I thought he had killed me too by colliding, but Hornet was intact. - track attached. 2. Ejected but ai abort mission was not logged - I did not shoot him. - track attached. Current campaigns are not movable to other maps, I know there was a script to copy single missions between terrains so likely its achievable with some effort.

Since you maxed out your RAM I think on that motherboard, adding more is not going to happen. You should expect similar performance. Map could be smaller but more detailed I think.

Newsletter says it will use the latest map tech and also developers did amazing work with their Syria map. I am expecting on par quality (Syria) and performance.

For me it will be one I am interest in, the one and only, angled deck. Yes. I will fly modern stuff on WW2 map ever seen I saw The Final Countdown as a little boy times ago, I don't have the issue in DCS doing that...

They did mention once that buildings such as political / religious / or landmarks will not be destructible due to reasons one could imagine.

I like the news. The only third party I bought so far is Syria. To my eyes, no other third party delivered a product in my interest area and complete enough fo me to be happy about. I am waiting more for the AI stuff (ground and airborne) that ED talks about than for anything else but that does not mean I wish ED went back to not telling us what is there to come in 5 years time. It will come, meaning that ED and and all third parties believe that DCS will be relevant in those 5 years time. To me that is the best news ever.
