Bump on any thoughts on the G3 …. worried it is not in development at all!

I saw one of these for the first time last night. Brought HSD range down to 15 miles and targeted my one remaining CBU-105 on it, manoeuvring the cross directly over the “A” on the HSD. To my surprise, the 105 took out the AAA unit…didn’t think this targeting method would be particularly accurate.

My list of instant purchases would definitely extend to this one too. Remember talking to an RAF pilot at Fairford who lost an engine over Iraq in 2003. RTB-ed on full rudder. Amazing aircraft.

Cannot wait for the data cartridge to arrive. Manually inputting each LONG/LAT a bit of a pain for multiple targets for weapons like LGBs. Does anyone know how the data cartridge will work? Can we click on a target on the map and that would then automatically be stored in the data cartridge before mission start?

Hi, When dropping penetration bombs, or just mk84s, does a fuse delay of 5ms per floor of a building sound about right…so 15ms tail fuse to punch through three floors before detonation?

Yes - with my GFX card there is a software that allows you to do that.

Just watch how they render the scene in front of the pilot!

After a lot of experimenting, ended up with this recording at 4k60 of VR output from my G2. Used standalone Elgato 4k60 S+ unit to save cpu/gpu cycles for VR. Post done in Davinci Resolve 17.5 And the crucial settings in Resolve…

Hi, Apologies if this is a simple thing, but how do I set the AP to follow a set of steerpoints automatically - for location / height etc?
