  1. Hey folks, I did a search and couldn't find anything specific. I noticed the Sidewinder tone in the F-5 plays through my speakers with the general sim sounds. Is there a way to make the tone play through my headset? This works on the newer modules like Hornet and Falcon, so is this something that maybe added with a simple change? Cheers! 2. Ok many thanks. Just wanted to provide you with some info if needed. Cheers! Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  3. G'day Surrexen, I've noticed in the latest Snowfox Escalation mission, that there seems to be no persistence for units destroyed which are recorded to the "staticunit...." list. eg, I have destroyed the Jask SA-15 several times, but on restart, the SA-15 is not taken out. Units recorded to the usual destroyed list seem to work ok. I have done the required modification to the mission scripting. Please see the attached screenshot. Cheers!
  4. Congratulations team for the release. I downloaded and tried the first mission: Wow that is difficult. The Greek Mirages just rip through the package with their radar AAMs. Anyway, I'll keep trying. Cheers! Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  5. I always get this (fps drop, which shows as stutters) on heavily scripted missions and missions with many units (including statics). I have also suspected that network/netcode transfer adds to this. When joining the server, check the network activity on Task Manager to see if it is spiking. Cheers! 6. You will have to use the Windows "CTRL V" key command to paste into the Mission Editor. Cheers! [emoji1634] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  7. Wow! These skins look beautiful @roughmaster. I wanted to ask though, can these be installed under the Saved Games directory, as I would rather not add skins to the Eagle Dynamics game directory? Many thanks [emoji1634] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  8. Lol, on an MP server flying the A-4E, loaded up with bombs and pods, I was attacking a SAM site, and the friendly AI CAP flew straight over 2 enemy AI MiG-15s who shot me down. Sigh..... Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  9. Hopefully, someone could do these two Royal Australian Air Force skins for the F -4E when the new model releases. The Phantom was provided as a capability gap while waiting for the F-111 to be delivered. There is one at the museum at RAAF Point Cook. While I was doing Officer training, I sometimes helped at the museum, and wow, I didn't realise how big this aircraft was until standing next to it. Cheers! 10. Yeah, it got me at first, but I think it is a very good and realistic implementation. It definitely forces you to be on time with the package, whether you are SEAD or Strike. [emoji106] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  11. There is an internal script running in DCE that better mimics real operations where the radars are "suppressed" rather than killed every time. The algorithm will run each time a HARM is launched with barely 1 in 3 going on to kill the radar. However, the SAM operators do shut their radars down when a HARM is detected, which gives the strikers the opportunity to take out the site. Timing is more critical in DCE campaigns. Cheers! 12. I have bound it to the red button on the left throttle of the warthog. Cheers! [emoji1634] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  13. After selecting your stations, you also have to turn the big white rotary mode selector switch to BOMBS & GM ARM or CMPTR (to use bombing computer). Above that rotary is the fusing switch; select ARM NOSE&TAIL. Set your AWRS as required. Finally, Master ARM switch ON. So, there are a few steps required to fire ordnance. I suspect you may not have set your fusing. Cheers! [emoji1634] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  14. Hey@Avalanche110, I tested the first 4 missions using F/A-18 and the "Follow Me" vehicle cleared the holding point correctly. So all good there. One thing I have now encountered with these 4 missions is at the debrief; it shows "Score 0, Results 100" but pressing the green "End Mission" button will not advance the campaign. I wonder if there is something going on with the triggers or criteria for mission sucess. This can be worked around by just pressing "Skip" in the campaign GUI. Cheers! 15. Ok, many thanks. I'll check the new mission out tonight [emoji106] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  16. Flying F-18. The script spawned an F-5 and Mig-29 as the two bandits. Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  17. G'day@avalanche110, I just downloaded your latest 2.7.9 campaign and noticed the "Follow Me" car still stops at the holding point to not allow the instructor access to the runway. This is on the very first mission. Cheers! [emoji1634] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  18. Hey Sobe, Just doing the gross error check.... did you start the aircraft at a "blue" airbase? Neutral may or may not give a response. Cheers! [emoji1634] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  19. Hey, Yes, there are a few hotas commands that have changed. Coolie Hat down short makes HMCS SOI, while Coolie Hat up short makes HUD SOI. The CMDS commands are different too. Best to download Chuck_Owl's A-10C manual as it has both legacy and new A-10C info in it. Regarding missions, maybe try navigating to the existing ED A-10C mission copy, save then rename it in your SavedGames/Missions. See if it will open with the Mission Editor and swap in the A-10C II, then save. It may work, but I think ED may have protected them. It's worth a shot; otherwise, there are very few missions available, as you said. Another option is to download "Through the Inferno" missions from the user files. They definitely have A-10C II slots in them. You can customise them with no enemy bandits so you can practice flying and employing the aircraft and weapons. Cheers! 20. I did a complete reinstall of DCE-Manager and the DCE and copied in those two files you provided. I still got the file in use warning, but DCE is generating missions again. [emoji106] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  21. Yes, I'm not sure what is going on. I have totally deleted the DCE folder and started again, deleted DCE-Manager and started again. Could DCE-Manager be getting into the registry? Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  22. Hi Miguel, Thanks for your reply. I have tried to reinstall the dce campaign in safe mode which seemed to work ok, but unable to update due to access to internet being prohibited in safe mode. So I then rebooted to normal and tried to update ScriptsMod, still getting that "file in use" error. I have no idea what other app could be using it [emoji848]. I copied in the file you provided. I did notice, though, that DCE-manager was accessing a different (older) conf_mod.lua file (from the UI Configuration button) as it did not have the new slider lines included. Yet, I opened the conf_mod.lua manually with notepad++, and the two new lines were there. Overall, when I tried to start a new mission, the F-16 errors came up, as you said, and the process stopped without the Mission being generated. Cheers! Scotch Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk

    Reset TOT

I think you can just colonise the TGT and waypoint number again, ie, setting the waypoint as TGT toggles on and off. So, if you colonise TGT, then input 4 (example waypoint 4) then enter, it will be boxed in the waypoint sequence. If you the colonise TGT and input 4 again then enter, it should unbox the 4 in the waypoint sequence. Cheers! [emoji1634] Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
  24. Hi Miguel, many thanks for the update. However, I am having new issues when trying to generate a new mission on "Hornet over PG.NG" I have used DCE Manager to do a fresh install (ticked overwrite existing ScriptsMod), then updated the ScriptsMod.NG to 20.53.188. No other applications are open. Then I have set the two new sliders to "3" in the configuration file. Here are a couple of screenshots of the errors. Cheers! Scotch
  25. I believe the A-10C and A-10C_2 both have the same EPLRS setup in the advanced options in the Mission Editor. So it will need to be activated in both aircraft to receive the functions. Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk
