  1. Hey! I cannot reproduce this bug, for me everything works as intended. Have you tried to uninstall all unofficial mods (aircraft etc) and run the repair? We've had many cases where these would somehow affect the official campaigns. Don't worry about the mission planer, there are some quirks in the mission itself that aren't shown there - but as I said, I flew this mission several times (and a few testers too) - and everything worked fine.
  2. Thanks. I thought I silenced the AWACS, the AI comms are super annoying and now bugged on top of everything else. I'll see what is going on there.
  3. this is indeed weird. I tested this mission several times during upgrade of the campaign and never ran into such issue. But DCS is known for doing weird things...
  4. Yeah, this is how DCS works. For instance lots of people had problems with a particular mission in Raven One (only one of them) and each fixed it with one of the points listed above. I was unable to reproduce the issue. We're talking to ED about this, they acknowledged the bug, but so far were not able to eliminate it.
  5. Because that would require me to re-work the whole mission, plus with the new ARC-210 radio is more tricky than it may look. I'll find a way to fix this.
  6. I'll check if tanker is set to unlimited fuel, that should fix it!
  7. @JesterIsDead the short version is now internally fixed and will be released with next OB patch.
  8. 100% agree and apologies for this issue. I've just fixed it and will send it to ED to release with the next update!
  9. Thanks. I can't promise to have a look at this any time soon, as I have a lot of issues in other campaigns to deal with that were introduced with recent DCS features that require me to go back to old stuff and update missions that used to work for ages. In general for Red Flag I think the revamp of AI flying skills may have made the campaign much more difficult than initially planned. I'll have a look at it as soon as I can and will get back to you & apologies for being slow with addressing some of the bugs. Being only one person with full time job and 3 kids makes it quite difficult to follow all the new problems introduced between updates.
  10. Hey @Delta Kilo I've had several similar reports from people for different campaigns and was able to confirm that in 99% of cases this is not a issue with the mission (all the triggers are set correctly) but one of the following reasons: A) Some people report it when flying in MT on slower machines. Switching to ST seems to fix the issue. B) For some people full repair of DCS seems to do the trick. C) For others uninstalling unofficial 3rd party aircraft / other mods fixed this. D) For some people uninstalling VAICOM / Voice Attack does the trick. There is nothing I can do on my end as I cannot reproduce the issue but we did investigate it deeply and found that the reason was always one of the four things listed above. Hope this helps!
  11. Hey, thanks. The problem is I cannot detect that it happened and on top of that adding such option to all 21 missions will take a LOT of time - and I am very low on DCS time in general plus lately I've been using most of it to update old missions that stopped working due to some new features implemented in DCS Forcing random failures OFF might do the trick, but ultimately it is up to each player what they want - some want to have random failures because it makes the campaigns more challenging and realistic - so I think I'll leave it as is now, hoping that those that don't want surprises will remember to turn them off but thanks a lot for the suggestion and hope you will enjoy the rest of the campaign!
  12. Hey @Rosly thanks for checking this! Yeah this is definitely the new radio system introduced by ED. We've voiced our concern (as 3rd party devs) during development several times during its introduction, but it seems this didn't work and now we have to spend crazy amount of time going back to old missions and changing a lot of stuff that used to work for years. I don't use the radio transmission trigger linked to zone, but units (airborne or based on the ground) that transmit all messages on a given freq. So many of them cannot be heard anymore because of the changes introduced. It is an easy fix but quite annoying when you have so many missions out...
  13. Hm, are you sure you are on the Open Beta? I did fix this specific issue for the last patch. I had this problem and had to swap Olive to another flight to stop the AI doing this crazy thing. Just imagine how annoying it is for me when I fix a bug and it is re-introduced in the same patch that is supposed to have it repaired.. and then multiply it by several campaigns
  14. I hope things will work better when the taxi directors are included - I've tested the missions with them enabled and all worked fine. Fingers crossed...
  15. They are now all set in the mission editor, but I have no idea how to import them. Freqs are in the kneeboard though?
  16. Don't skip any waypoints, a lot of triggers are linked to zones so better follow the flight plan. Might be a simplification on our part with the FYYTR Direct. Can't remember now how it is scripted, but pretty sure some waypoints were missed. I'll have a look when able (away from gaming rig till mid January unfortunately)
  17. Thanks. I can't really replicate this, in my tests everything is fine, but I wasn't able to fly the whole mission (away from my gaming rig till mid January). I'll have a look at it.
  18. Yes, short mission problem with the helos is most likely my oversight, apologies for that. Long version should be working fine though. Weird with the tanker, which is set to unlimited fuel and should have no trouble...
  19. It is even more frustrating that I fixed this two patches ago and the last patch seems to have broken it again... thanks, I will check.
  20. @IceyJones you and me both. If something is not working in the campaign because I messed it up - I'll be the first to admit it and fix this. But if campaign stops working because of behind-the-scenes changes in how the Supercarrier taxi system works, that really makes me mad - because it usually means a few hours of trial & error testing for me with different aircraft configuration on deck until they finally stop crashing one into another. And it makes me want to uninstall whole DCS as well.. Please disregard these issues and continue to support us (the 3rd party devs). I don't think these issues will ever disappear because DCS is a constantly evolving projects, and that means bugs will be appearing quite often.
  21. Thanks, that's the kind of feedback I love to hear
  22. Yeah, this is just one of the DCS AI issues I have zero control over...
  23. @Excal301 make sure you are not on FM band when switching the freq, this is a common problem / user error with the new radio. I am 99% sure this is the issue.
