Yeah, I had a few issues myself, but nothing too major. Had a couple of their throttles for testing too and decided in favor of the Taurus. Not fond of their buttons and hats. But I still believe the mt50 cm2 base is still the best in its class in versatility and overall performance. I do have quite a few wh-compatible sticks though. Mostly fly the TM hog and hornet sticks. Winwing should have made the libra and orion bases 100% TM compatible and programmable. Then we would have a winner on our hands.

IMHO, both ww and tm switches are consumer grade and have very little in common with real ones, tactile feedback included. They are both adequate for sim needs though. A common failure in TM throttles are the lighting switch and sticky IGN/Motor springloaded switches. I disassembled my WW panels to replace all silver screws with black ones. :)

Having disassembled WW panels myself, I must say that WW switches are of higher quality than TMWH ones. The eng/ign motor 3-pos switches and the left throttle lighting switch on the WH are notoriously bad.

And the reason is? You got both, I assume? Which would, unfortunately, make it incompatible with the Warthog. Something to keep in mind.

You can use it with an adapter sold on their site https://wwsimstore.com/p/321.html , but jfyi, the simapp pro software lacks any sort of programmability of the buttons, so using any other wh-compatible stick with different shift register config than warthog/cougar will yield unpredictable results. There is no reason to get the orion base as it is clearly inferior on every level to vpc or vkb bases. And yes, I do own and am a user of ww products. I also suggest waiting until thanksgiving when they announce their F-16 throttle and stick.

Otoh, I think the VPC CM2 base is a better choice.

I have to retighten my CM2 stick all the time, every 5-7 hours of flight. So its probably "by design".

I had to click through it in SimApp and then it resumed working. The log only shows buttons, you should monitor the Z-axis on the histogram above.

You need to clarify under which module you don't see them. Not every module has discrete on / off keybinds.

Nice, looks pretty similar to what I came up with, thanks for the advice and for the measurements. Are you mounting the winwing panels with their stock mounts? Recently got mine and came up with the same idea of offsetting the keyboard a bit to the left with a small extension profile.

windows joy.cpl is a legacy application and only shows up to 32 buttons. Winwing devices have more logical buttons than 32, their numbers can be seen in Simapp pro log on the left. When binding controls, make sure you use discrete ON and OFF commands as each switch operates as two logical buttons, one for each state. Three way switches have 3.

Experiencing something similar very rarely but not sure what is at fault. Maybe usb power issues

I went with the Taurus. Played with the CM3, didn't like it that much compared to my Warthog throttle. Happy with ww stuff.

I don't own one either, I ordered the parts at a local 3d printing workshop for around $20 for 3 screens.

Maybe it was overriden by pitool game profile? Abyhow, try dialing it down to 1.0 and see if it fixes it.
