That only effects what country the livery is locked to.. In order for the helicopter to be available for the country it needs to be added in a lua file.. EDIT file is in DCS World OpenBeta\Scripts\Database File name db_countries

Maybe the Forrestal is the freebee and the other ships in the class has the SC bells and whistles..

The AI JTAC can't change their own laser code so until it can we have the ability to do it in the air... Player controlled can (with Combined Arms) What happens IRL is the laser code is changed on the TPOD only from the pit and the code on the bomb from the ground.

They were gonna do a much older version/block/Lot but they got the info for the Lot-20 so they did that one.
