  1. Happened to me, I pressed enter twice and the second time it froze up
  2. Compared to the pitch the roll force is super light. Could this be adjusted, thanks.
  3. Thanks for messaging wags. I would donate but tbh funds are super tight right now.
  4. It is a shame that he has to buy these things to implement himself. I would hope that this could be changed or at least give him access to the aircraft. f4l0 have you contacted ED about getting access to the data you need at all? Or maybe early access to some modules?
  5. You can't see a difference with a higher PD? That simply cannot be true, with 1.0 set the aliasing is awful.
  6. This is lacking in all aircraft. Eg the piston planes you can run on idle forever, irl the mags would fowl, the engine would run rough and eventually cut out, rich cuts carb icing. Non of it happens
  7. Hello, I believe this issue has been in DCS since it was first created with the use of force feedback joysticks. FFB in DCS is absolutely fantastic, however this issue means that aircraft do not trim or handle how they should do when using a force feedback joystick. When adding curvature on the axis, it should be synchronized with the ffb, instead some weird things happen. Some aircraft it is okay to fly with no curves however with most it is not as it is simply way to sensitive in the center to fly smoothly. I have attached a video I recorded in the A-10c to demonstrate one of the main problems, I believe if this was fixed it would solve all FFB issues. In the video it is important to watch the control indicator in the bottom left the small diamond is the trim position, and the approximate position that the stick should be in at that point (I do not touch the controls at all during this), the larger diamond is the actual control position. https://youtu.be/zo6jVORqtYU With no curvature as you trim the control stick moves correctly in the direction of trim and stays there as expected and as the video shows. Then in the video, I add curvature. I added a fair amount so the problem is obvious, the curves are added and you can see the stick jumps from its position and moves towards the center. It is now as if the trim is trying to move the stick in the curves but the trim does not have curves applied. So full forward trim in the video actually leaves the stick in the center. Same in every direction, and when trying to use the controls the joystick is super sensitive as the game now thinks the stick has been moved to the more sensitive part of the curve when the curve should've moved with the trim to give the same effect as normal. I have mentioned this issue before and have been told that nobody on the ED dev/testers team owns a ffb stick and that not many people use FFB anymore. However I remember a poll not too long ago which showed lots of us FFB users are still out here! I would very much appreciate it if this could be looked into. I am very happy to help in any way I can and test for any solution. Thanks. Edit: The gazelle has an option in the special tab for this problem. If it was integrated into every aircraft it would be fixed.
  8. Not only that, but the christen eagle has been left in a poor state as well. Sounds are lacking in quality, the model seems to have aa issues. It feels very unfinished.
  9. Hi, as an update to this I have just noticed the issue arises when using vr. I always play in vr so never made the link until today when I gave it a go. Launched with vr disabled and the ffb switched with the aircraft. Loaded with Vr and it didn't.
  10. I have had the exact opposite haha.
  11. Any progress on this????
  12. I mean it depends on the aircraft. Civ airliner sim people might be more inclined to fly something like this. High quality etc.
  13. Don't project your own opinion on to everyone else
  14. What about the lack of in game updates regarding the bugs with the CEII, are we waiting till then as well?
  15. +1

Hey! I've tried asking this stuff as well, no real answer. That engine is so common and one of the crew has an eagle so it is very confusing as to why is seems such low quality
  17. So can anyone confirm if the yak is going to get this sorted? I just turned shadows on for the first time in a while and every other aircraft in vr is fine apart from the yak. I have paid for this and expect it to be fixed in a reasonable time.
  18. Think there are issues with the coolant in all piston aircraft in dcs
  19. Normally in aviation the fuel pump is on for takeoff and landing + any acrobatics and inversions. I have noticed that in a normal flight the fuel pressure drops and engine cuts out without any inversions or negative g
  20. Can we please get the grass/field model fixed for grass operations. The way it is modelled is different for each aircraft and all wrong. The F/A-18 can go on grass as if it was asphalt, then other aircraft get stuck on it and can't move if they stop like it is glue. Then the prop aircraft, these should be able to land on the grass and move around smoothly, you can land but again it is like glue and it will throw you off.
  21. So does the single parser have an fps increase? I didn't notice it
  22. No I believe that screenshot is in response to what I said with the issue with ffb curves in the sim and trimming. If that's the case that's fantastic!
  23. any update on these sounds....
  24. Would be a good idea to be able to move them around the cockpit. A good idea might be to make a vr tablet with the chat and stuff in
