Would be interested in purchase just the keyboard mount with mounts for other up front modules. Really cool concept if it is module down to that level. Indeed, that is what has concerned me a bit as well. I'll probably hold strong a bit longer and then give up (if they give no comment) and order the MCG Pro instead. I just really wanted the actual grip for my Hornet and Harrier flying to be as immersive as possible :helpsmilie:

And all ED employees have since said "You will have to ask Thrustmaster for release infomation on their product", which makes sense IMO. It's not really ED's place to be commenting on TM's product launch. Think of it this way: Should Thrustmaster have handled ED's announcement of the Hornet in DCS? No. Similarly, ED wouldn't be handling Thrustmasters, regardless of their collaboration.

^ This...which really sucks because I am planning to buy the VKB Gunfighter Pro w/ extension and throw the Hornet grip on it...but I am (now impatiently) waiting for Thrustmaster to move and say something about the grip, so I can order the base. Their silence is, at this point, starting to get slightly concerning. But this has nothing to with ED, they're delivering on their glorious part of the bargain.

Hmm...mine shows up as 26 too, but it immediately "releases" rather than "holds"...even when I hold it down lol. It always registers as a tap. I don't use TARGET either. Will have another look at it this evening.

Nyogel really does make the gimbal feel much better. It is really the only way someone should fly with the Hog, the improvement is significant. Still, the gimbal design is flawed at it's core and as a result is still relatively mediocre compared to other, more well designed options.

Perhaps it would help to buy a JetSeat or ButtKicker so you can feel the buffets? That might be a solid way to help influence that tactile feel to tell your brain and body at within the flight envelope. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Squadron training (or any training exercise, really), Red Flag events (multiplayer tournaments), Red Flag enthusiasts who want to fly in the same arena as the real thing is done, Red Flag Campaigns, etc. ED would be crazy to give this map away for free. It is a great map, IMO. I also expect it will be included in many MP server rotations on 2.5; variety of arenas is a good thing in MP. I would love to see servers having one mission running in SoH, when it ends it rotates to a Caucasus mission and when it ends it rotates to NTTR mission, etc.

Am I the only one that legit lowers the visor every single time it's bright outside in game? Pretty much if I would be wearing sunglasses in real life, I have the visor lowered. Maybe it's just a VR thing? I prefer things to be tinted in general, I wear sunglasses quite often IRL (pretty much 95% of the time the sun is out).

Question: If I want to bind a button (which is recognized as an instant press on/off only, no "hold" function) on my throttle with a "hold" or "listen for 5 seconds" when pressed function, is that possible in Voice Attack? I want to be able to press and hold it just for enough time to say "Chief, request rearming" I am looking to find the TX6 to the AP Engage/Disengage button below... Beautiful, thank you!

Hard to say without having tested 2.5 yet. The only mods I really use are Moltar's Sound Mod Pack...I believe ED is reworking the sounds (or making it possible for the devs to), if I'm remembering correctly. That might eliminate the need for all of those sound mods...but I'm not sure how immediate that will be available; on launch or down the road. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
