  1. I just want to share my user experience after flying this version of FLCS about 10 hours: 1- Auto-trim got a bit worse. I now need more stick corrections now to keep desired pitch during climbs. 2- During takeoffs and landings lift seems decreased to me. I now feel like I need to add 5-10 knots for takeoff/landings. 3- Prior to touchdown, flare maneuver reduces the sink rate less than before. 4- Pitching the nose up during takeoff will raise the nose too much immediately. If I am not careful it is very easy to exceed 14 degrees. 5- Aerodynamic braking got more difficult (it was somehow difficult already). Now its even harder to keep the nose ~10 degrees after landing. 6- FLCS transitions got seamless. 7- Roll input responses got stronger. I needed to add 10 points of axis curve to keep my old habits. Please do not ask where I got the information. I am not SME. These are just my feelings coupled with my previous muscle memory.
  2. Please add more official Turkish F-16 skins. Currently there is only one unfortunately.. I know there are files in user section but unofficial skins are not visible to other in MP + full of mistakes. I really wonder why all countries have multiple and Turkey has only one. For Syria map especially, its an important asset. There are almost 8-9 Israeli skins, (I hope they will have even more). Turkey has lots of active squadrons. I hope ED considers this.
  3. Please add some Turkish F-16 skins to the campaign if ED will not do it. Currently there is only one official skin for Turkish F-16s, a country which is heavily operating in the area. Unofficial skins are full of mistakes unfortunately.
  4. I just want to add a comment here regarding to yaw control (rudder) When you bank the jet 90 degrees and apply rudder to keep the level flight, no matter how fast/slow you are the nose will drop. Either the rudder control is not enough or the nose is falling down for some other reason. I have seen in aerobatic shows that real life F-16C can do this. I can provide video if needed.   5. We are a group of ~30 fliers and every week we fly together in multiplayer. Some of our members want to fly different aircraft and use different loadouts, want to do different things. Mission creator cannot always listen or tailor specific aircraft needs. Simply put, one person cannot know everything and adjust everything. In theory it is doable but in practice this is both time consuming and limits the quality of the mission to the knowledge of the mission creator. So my proposal is to think about how DCS can enable multi-user mission contribution. This could be also a part of the so-called dynamic campaign which is planned since long time. Something like Google Docs can give some idea. Any ideas/feedback are welcome.
  6. Okay so it is not a bug but rather a feature. I thought this would be a hardware setting o an MFD in real life. Please disregard the report then. That's good to know.
  7. The brightness settings of the MFD is not display-based but screen based. For example when you increase the brightness of the AA radar screen then you go to test page on that same MFD, the brightness level reverts back. For each single screen you must adjust again and again.
  8. See the picture. When setting the GBU-38 parameters which one is the impact angle? Blue or Red?
  9. Maybe you should re-check if you are doing something wrong. I did not understand exactly what problem you are facing. Maybe you can read some tutorials, watch videos and check button assignments.

  12. In the first mission I completed the flight and landed back. Then tower was talking as if I hadn't landed yet. Mission score was 0. Took off and landed back. Mission pts became 100. Enjoyed the first mission. Looking to fly the next. Thanks! Edit: BTW the wingman did absolutely nothing. I told to engage bandits but was doing nothing. Then his fuel was depleted and he ejected on the way back. Best fighters in the world = DCS wingmen

  14. I had STPT 4 selected in front of me and tried to move the cursor without going to FZ or SP. I move the cursor and then cursor comes back again and again. Everytime the radar sweeps that point, cursor comes back to its original place. What am I doing wrong?
  15. Same happens to me also. Not always, but it happened multiple times. When launching my last AIM-120, sometimes a sidewinder also goes off the rail. I was thinking my hardware is somehow having debouncing problem.
  16. HARM threat table in real life is not a constant list of threats with certain numbers. The RWR library is built based on intelligence info and it can be different for every equipment/flight. In DCS we assume that there is a static library and it is defined in RWR then we go ahead and select whatever is necessary. But yes pre selected threats can be assigned to MFD buttons by DTC.
  17. There should be more emergency procedures in general. I mean correct hydraulic, electric failure generation and applied procedures.
  18. The INS information is totally lost when the engine is shut down or INS is turned off. After restarting the engine or switching the INS to stored heading for a new alignment, the jet thinks that it is in its original position where the game started it before. Obtaining the coordinates from GPS is not simulated. Yet.
