solved KA50 Black Shark 3 - No Range to Target from Laser when powered up.
razo+r replied to Maximo's topic in Bugs and Problems
Sounds like you are overheating and breaking the laser. Have you left it running for the whole flight including the 3 rearmings? -
There are slabs, I think they even got included with Massuns asset pack into DCS. However, they will not prevent any forming of dust as the dust will just clip through them.

It depends on the FOV. If you zoom in in the cockpit view or zoom out in external view it should change.

Dynamic weather is still in the works. Current dynamic weather is quite undynamic and still with the old clouds.

Is your INS switch in IFA?
-
Not necessarily should, but you can.

Go to your profile and attachments and delete the old ones that are not needed anymore. And yes, if you uploaded the Images here they will be gone. If you uploaded them to a different website and copied the link they should remain.
-
Do you have any mods installed? If yes, remove them, run a repair and see if it helped.

You do flare a Hornet if you are not flying it for the US military.

SCUDs won't reload/Rearm.
razo+r replied to RedBear311's topic in Ground AI Bugs (Non-Combined Arms)
According to the manual a Smerch takes 2160 seconds to rearm while an SA-10 takes 7200 seconds. I have no idea how long a SCUD would take but the possibility of more than one hour for rearming is there. I might test it later on and report back. -
SCUDs won't reload/Rearm.
razo+r replied to RedBear311's topic in Ground AI Bugs (Non-Combined Arms)
No waypoint triggers are needed and one ural can supply an unlimited amount of units. Rearming should start automatically but can take a long time. Unfortunately the SCUD isn't listed in the user manual how long it takes. -
Which key are you using? Are you sure you are using the Radio 1 or 2 PTT button?

Mission maps? Mission making impossible? What are you talking about? Any details?
-
It's an update. Unless you are against updating, you should proceed.
-
For communication, always make sure you use the correct radio and the corresponding PTT button. Also, making sure that the ATC belongs to the same coalition as you doesn't hurt. Then, if you can contact ATC, make sure you use the ILS of the RWY that they tell you or if you have the possibility, force a certain runway to be active by adding some wind, preferably something like 5m/s / 10kts as it seems lower speeds may cause issues / irregularities. Also keep in mind that some ILS can be bugged (Al Dhafra is an example I believe) and god knows how the extremely limited ATC of DCS is handling airports with more than 1 seperate runway.

Better modeling of pilot's head movement
razo+r replied to Supernova-III's topic in DCS Core Wish List
There is no clear answer to this. Sometimes they do it, sometimes they don't. But they don't do it all the time, and they don't do it never. The general consensus is still that you shouldn't do it, but that of course doesn't prohibit people from doing it from time to time. -
Calibrate the stick in Windows device manager or hardware and devices, download the software for your stick and calibrate it there or add a deadzone to your axis in DCS itself.

Stelle sicher dass das überhaupt die korrekte Frequenz für deine Wingmen ist. Danach musst du nur den zugehörigen PTT Schalter drücken vom Radio, also den UHF PTT.
-
You can find it in the DCS 2020 User Manual that you can either download from the DCS website or find it in your DCS Installation directory and the Doc folder.

Just open the description.lua of the skin with notepad++ or similar (the normal notepad might break things) and comment out or delete the line that defines the countries.

Can you reproduce this issue on the Caucasus map? Do you have a short track of this issue?
-
Ich hab dir in deinem Topic geantwortet. Du hattest die Einheit nicht korrekt aufgesetzt und irgendwie einen Glitch oder so verursacht.
