  1. Lighter (main) spring.
  2. .sldprt is from Solidworks . A Solidworks viewer, is available, free. A partial kit: https://hispapanels.com/tienda/en/f-16-center-console/4-f-16-icp.html
  3. Interesting 4 "virtual" HAT's with Njoy32NG.
  4. Guessing: 2 triggers - in the same alignment 2 HAT (China, Pyramid) on the top 1 Analog mini-stick on the far side of the top 1 push button on the top 1 HAT on middle of left side of grip (or right in left hand version) 1 two button switch on right of trigger 1 scroll wheel bellow HAT's - similar to Constellation Pinky button Brake lever Adjustable palm rest VirPil say that twist (contactless sensor) of this version will be lockable.
  5. Working in relative mode, since the wheel return to center? But for a game joystick are much advantage over digital input (button)? Anyway can easily wire a pot in parallel with "Friction lever" axis, the "X of question" is if are space inside the grip for fit a pot. :joystick:
  6. Nice to know, thus the development work of rel4y will not be lost. I suggest you post this information in https://reddit.com/r/hotas https://reddit.com/r/hotasDIY and Discord HOTAS channel.
  7. Probable the best information you will find about disassembly is there: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=160247&highlight=saitek+potentiometer+polyshine

  9. By TheNOOBIFIER, with "Kosmoships".
  10. Don't remind this guy? :D https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ECGokYjWsAEgO63?format=jpg&name=large https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ECGokYiXoAA059E?format=jpg&name=large
  11. Ooops, wrong forum, sorry.
  12. How about a kit for this mod: ;)
  13. default762792 Since my "casual" joystick is an Gladiator Mk.II (vanilla) with their KG-12A lookalike grip, for more than I like WW planes over jets and find "F-16'ish" grips Aliens for this planes, VKB KG12A grip is very limited, the B2 knopf "morphed" as HAT is very, very awkward for any use. You are better with Gunfighter + SCG 'Kosmosima' (basic) grip, the difference in prices is relatively small (for standalone grips is $34).
  14. Just don't hurry in buy, seems that a "Gunfighter 3", with NJoy32NG controller is to be announced after September. ;)
  15. This HAT looks Alps RKJXM2E13004 8 way + push + encoder switch: https://www.alps.com/prod/info/E/HTML/MultiControl/Switch/RKJXM/RKJXM2E13004.html
  16. The one inside the encoder wheel at top of right grip. if want can configure as 4 way in VirPil tools.
  17. Since I use Gladiator + T-Rudder, twist axis remain unused, in DevCfg hide (for Windows/Games) this axis (Rotation X) and create a new virtual axis with twist movement from center to left for press the virtual axis "Slider1" from 0 to 100%. Work nice for British brakes of IL-2 Clod and DCS Spitfire, MiG-15/21, and for all planes of IL-2:GB.
  18. Yes, I think that one who want this very specific designs want that work just like the real, not just a "display" copy. The safety mechanism is interesting. Source. Other detail only now being add in some "replica" throttles is the internal detent warning the boost area on Mk.IX throttle.
  19. For use MMJoy2 - joystick firmware, you need the 5v, 16 mhz version of PRO Micro, or Micro (both with ATMEGA43u4 mc). The only "downsize" of Arduino PRO Micro is that their "Lilliput" size limited number of pins, what in an simple use limit the inputs to 6 axes and buttons to 36 (6x6 matrix). Arduino Micro, having more pins provide more flexibility. And having the reset button on PCB is more easy to flash, in PRO Micro you need use a wire as "reset button", but this is not difficult. This video give you a good idea of what is need do, and what you get with "MMjoy2". BTW - The Arduino is PRO Micro. Get firmware from MegaMOZG page: https://sites.google.com/site/mmjoyproject/
  20. Is not nice? No idea what is being done there. :D
  21. How about a "mod" to Warthog throttle for this? Buy one of this knobs (based on F-15/F-16 throttle radar elevation control). Relocate the potentiometer of axis "friction" using this this "antenna" knob for he left side of left throttle grip, similar to how is in F-22 Raptor Throttle: https://www.essexindustries.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/f22-Raptor-Throttle-Grip_2.png
  22. You are correct, Cougar (or Warthog) controller don't handle T50CM2 analog axis in mini-stick and brake lever. Is not know how is the communication of T50CM2 grip and VPC bases, for example can be encrypted like in VKB's, what make an 3rd part USB controller incompatible. Anyway, Virpil sell for DIY (at least for Russian market) USB controllers and sensor similar to models used in their joysticks, and their "SPI interface is compatible with virpil / trumaster grips".
  23. Could be internal wires smashed, that in some throttle positions cause short circuit and cause ghost buttons press.
  24. First "BBC" fire button copy with working safety switch that I saw. Generally metal or 3D printed "replicas" available ignore this detail.
  25. Is possible have a "delay" (or hold) between a modifier and a key, example LShift+F. I try use in IL-2 Great Battles (Bo'X'), but this game have problem with keymappers (JoyToKey, SVMapper, RSMapper...) because without "delay" or hold game see: F, LShift+F.
