The skins with swastika are in liveries folder. You just have to make a copy of skin folder you want to change, remove the "_s" from skin with swastika and delete the file without it, and store in saved games livery folder so it doesnt get "fixed" with updates.

Something I noticed recently, maybe its been a glitch for a while, is if you load bombs on either hardpoint the weapons wont work on hardpoints until you select and deselect the cannon. After that they still intermittantly wont work when switching back and forth fron cannon to hardpoints.

The ability to join different types of in-game squads of 4 (helo, CAP,CAS) could help in establishing teamwork with strangers.

Can a TGP be slaved to JHMCS so you drag it around wherever you look or will you have to slew TGP to a target you designate with JHMCS?

I have the Ch throttle too and always add a little deadzone to ministick x-axis (8-10) and also add a smaller deadzone to y-axis (5) so it feels the same in both directions. Mine usually just wants to drift to the right but this works prett well.

Number pad Enter should put you back to normal zoom (default view). If your default view is messed up or you want to adjust set the zoom and seat height where you like then press Right Control+ numberpad 0 to save it. You still need to hit numberpad Enter at start of mission but it should snap to it then.

Yes. Left Alt+C toggles clickable mouse cockpit mode on/off for all modules, I think.

Try deleting metashaders and fxo folders in Windows C / Users / your name / Saved Games / DCS folder. Also list specs if that doesn't work.

No need to keep 1,5 or 2.0 alpha versions if 2.5 works. Nevada could only be used in your 2,0alpha before and will now work in 2,5 along with any module , terrain, or campaign. Installing in 2 versions does not eat up 2 activations. modules ae registered to your computer not to an install.

I've noticed there are no instant action or single missions for it yet but you should be able to select one in create fast mission set up or add one with mission editor. Or you can open any su-27 mission or something like that and click on su-27 then go to right side of screen and change aircraft type to J-11a.

Not sure if this is it but where are you saving. Under File along the top is where you do it. There is also a Saver option under Mission Generator column which just saves all your preferences for the advanced create fast mission screen .

In mission editor when you have mission loaded click on the plane. Then on right side of screen theres a box that gives you multiple options on how you start (cold start, hot start, airborn, or on runway. Whenever you start a create fast mission it will automatically save for you. Its called MG.miz in mission folder. Once you add routes or make changes just do a save or rename it. I usually do runway starts and evertyhings up and running but I know to turn off exterior lights its the 2 toggle switches just above the 5 dials that control interior lighting on the right side panel so those should turn on the lights, The position lights have a dial.

On Options/Gameplay page check "Mirrors" and you'll have them. Funny. I was unaware it had mirrors too.

You might want to copy saved games folder to thumb drive so you can drop your configs and settings into new instasll.

In game MSAA 2X, Nvidia CP FXAA On, and Nvidia AA set to 2X-enhance application setting works pretty good for me.

There are a surprising number of Instant Action missions already available for PG. Noticed that with F-18 too. I recall being disappointed with nothing but the obligatory "cold start", "takeoff", and hit the target right in front of you missions we got with Nevada and Normandy at first.
