  1. You would have to program that in software, because the Speed Brake functions correctly, and that is how it is mapped in the game.
  2. Viper throttle, you have my attention.
  3. Yep, agree. No one would want that, there is a reason we are required to wear double ear protection when around aircraft.
  4. I had a failure on my part with my Intuos S, so it kept turning off roughly 30 seconds of no activity. So I didn’t get to use it fully during that stream, but it will be used for future streams. I couldn’t figure why the time out was happening, no post online that pointed to a solution. Then I discovered that I somehow installed the MAC driver version instead of the windows  (lol).
  5. Amazing tool, finally had a free moment to install and test it the other day. Definitely a game changer. Especially like the ability to load anything even after in the jet. Doesn’t require any dcs restarts for the kneeboard to update. Thanks! If only one of those kneeboard tabs could be Twitch chat, it would make my life so much more easier when flying and streaming.
  6. Just a friendly bump, based on the IFF video. When removed by maintenance or jettisoned the Tank Pylon Assembly (TPA) comes off the aircraft as one whole assembly. There is no method for the lower tank portion to leave the pylon (besides in overhaul maintenance but that isn't important).
  7. SIM is SAFE, nothing can fire in SIM mode.
  8. Let me know what you think once you get it. I have it on a sim pit wishlist item, but not high priority.
  9. I get this as well, rather frustrating at times. Don't know what caused it, but it started for me roughly a patch before the Viper dropped.
  10. So are you trying to install to "D" but not getting the option? By default the software wants to install only on "C" drive. When you install the Oculus app on your PC computer, it'll install on the C: drive. If you want to install the app on a different system drive, make sure the new system drive has at least sufficient of free disk space and is formatted to use the NTFS file system. To install the Oculus app on a different system drive: Press the Windows key + R to open the Run command Enter the following path: [drive]:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads\OculusSetup.exe /drive=[new system drive] - Replace [drive] with the letter of the drive where Oculus was downloaded to - Replace [new system drive] with the letter of the new drive you'd like to install Oculus to Ex: C:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads\OculusSetup.exe /drive=D or C:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads\OculusSetup.exe /drive:D Click OK The Oculus app will then open and attempt to install the app on the new drive you've chosen.
  11. Missile step switch is the answer, but not working at the moment between radar and heat.

  13. Hot start jet, positioned near runway but not on it. Check brakes, both in cockpit pedals and the controller overlay show correct motion. Start to roll and have good left and right brake inputs. Engage NWS to turn out towards runway. After NWS is engaged, the left brake fails. I go through various run ups and rolling to illustrate the difference between left and right brakes. Hot Start-no left brake.trk
  14. Correct. Side topic: Anyone know when the S210 was decommission?
  15. By default the fssb has a modifier too, and it includes the paddle. You will need to change the modifier to CMS-Z if you want the paddle as a DCS modifier.
  16. Definitely shouldn’t do that, the second fuel hits the quantity probes, the indicator in the cockpit should report the fuel.
  17. A work around until they can resolve why some are and others are not getting left brake is to place Brake Channel to Channel 2 and turn off Anti-Skid. Yes it will kick off a MASTER CAUTION, and show Anti Skid in the caution panel, but left and right brakes work properly.

  19. Maybe it is a translation (not assuming English isn't native), just as written it was like you were comparing one quality to another etc. RealSimulator has more buttons if that matters. Each button is a 4 or is 5 way HAT switch.
  20. So with engine feed off, and the FFP handle down, what feeds the motor? What feeds the motor when the FFP shaft shears in flight? What feeds the motor when the A system hydraulic goes offline? Okay so with access to the docs, open the 28GS and read the chapter on engine feed, clearly states "The primary method is by siphoning action". You don't need the FFP or the electric fuel pumps to supply fuel to the motor. Curious how many years have you worked the Viper fuel systems?
  21. What does the quality of a TM stick have to do with the RealSimulator stick? Not even made the same company...
  22. She should definitely stop, the real one does, don’t think it is written anywhere that I can think of.
  23. The FFP doesn’t feed the engine, it just keeps the jet balance between forward and aft systems. The aircraft will siphon the fuel to feed the motor.
  24. Engine feed knob controls all of the fuel pumps (5ea total electrical pumps) in the jet.
