  1. Exactley. And it would not be the first time that they don't stand to their word, or playing tricks with words. Thats the root of my concerns. And they won't get better when one guy is saying one thing, and the other something different, and when every statement lets room for speculations. So far I'm looking forward for the next patch and what content / bugfix Razbam will deliver with it. And also I hope that they won't add one or two missing things and declare the module as "complete" while still a lot of things are missing, wrong or bugged.
  2. So the FM of the Mirage, Harrier and MiG-19 are finished and done 100%? Really? As I can do hands free conventional landings with the Harrier once it is on speed, that seems very unbelieveable to me. You know that Prowlers statement let again room for speculations and is something different that you are saying... Especially in the context of the discussion on Discord. So we will see...
  3. Posted on the Discord Channel of Razbam in the Bo-105 section after the question came up when the Bo-105 will be coded. So lets talk again about "playing tricks on words" and how "toxic" I may be with my concerns. So may I say now "As I told you?". But yeah, I'm the stupid, toxic guys who does not have any idea about business and customer relationship. Business as usual at Razbam. Playing tricks on customers. Promise something the one day, break it on the other. And of course, the customer missunderstood everything. And additional to the discussion about what modules are active in developement, you see, paying customers in DCS are only a byproduct for them. No problem with that, but from the way they communicate and how they stick to their promises, or at elast said things, everyone can build his own opinion. Good to know their priorities and how they stick to their promises...
  4. I won't kill the deckcrew, I want everyone else in MP to be forced to take care of the deckcrew. With no collision modell no one needs to take care of them. Btw, I'm flying 90% of my time in MP. There is not a single thing that concerns me, its the sum. 50 bucks are a lot of money, and I just can't see that it would be worth that money. Especially as, for me, are essential things missing or maybe not even planed. So you are right, no one is forceing me to buy something. But I think that there should also be room for discussion about that"module", even it not only praises it.
  5. I guess, for steam the Su-33 is another package then FC-3. So it does what it should, it downloads your new package xD.
  6. That picture is for me showing only a wet canopy. And for everything else: "Everything is subjected to change", so lets see how it really behaves and evolves. When launching into EA and after.
  7. Hmmm, I'm still not sure what I should think about the SC. - From the yet known facts, 50$ seems waaaaay more then it would be worth in my eyes. No discussion about discounts, I'm talking about the normal price. - Its completely not understandable for me why non owners can't place it in the ME, but can join if it is placed on the map. Not a well thougjt decision in my eyes. - The way of the discussion about that fact is far away from customer friendly. - Deck sliding fix is still under work - Two Kutznezsows are now in the game. Useless, makes everything only complicate - I should buy a module of 50$, but would also need to buy CA to change the course of the ship? Really? Joking? I still can't get the point for the more value of the SC as there are soooo many things missing, ignored or moved to the wishlist. Some of them are mandatory to me: - Deck crew isn't collidable? WTF? Why not? Why are then planes or the ship collidable FTW.... - Pushback is on the Wishlist - Deckcrew with night lightnibg is on the Wishlist - Wet Deck is on the Wishlist - Helicopters are on the Wishlist - Salute from the Hornet is on the Wishlist - Briefing Room is on the Wishlist - Turning into the Wind is on the Wishlist - Recovery Tanker is on the Wishlist - External Air and Powet Units are on the Wishlist Don't get me wrong, but most of the really important things are on a wishlist. So far, I can only see that we will get a high poly model with nice lights, more and detailed radio coms and some people standing on the ship which can't be collided or seen at night. Combined with a buisness model that does not leaves a good taste... I'm looking forward to see if the supercarrier will really deserv the "super". So far, I'm not impressed, I have more concerns.
  8. Is there any news if the decksliding issue will now for sure be fixed with the release into EA?
  9. I don't think they do that, they did that already in the past multiple times. Also, I guess that I'm not the only one who thinks that they have to finish what they already got paid for before they gonna start on something new. They promised that already once. And then the Mig-19 came. With a lot of other broken promises. So you see, my doubts are coming from the past experiences. And in the recent change logs, Razbam shined only through absence. I would prefer to see them actually do what they are always promising, and not only talking.
  10. Coole Sache, bin gespannt wie es bei den Jungs weitergeht. Bis jetzt ist das was sie abgeliefert haben sehr beeindruckend.
  11. As I said. I would be happy if all of my doubts are nonsense. Pastence prooved me other. Lets see if the upcoming updates are full of bug-fixes, corrected and missing things for the Mirage, Harrier and Mig, and if they are really touching nothing else until those are complete and bug-free. Again, I would be happy if so.
  12. Its not hard to interpret, it only leaves room for playing tricks with words. This sentence, could also interpreted that they could code right now on the F-15 and Mig-23 because they are already existing. Also, there have been a lot of talk and no walk from Razbam in the past, beside breaking promises. @Chapa, very good post, I fully agree with it. Only one little thing: I would LOVE to leave this part of the forum, or at least stop being so angry about them. But I can't. As long as I've paid the full price for the Mirage and the Harrier, and as long as Razbam did not finished those in a DCS worthy quality, I will not sit still and watch little to no progress on those while there is one module after the other is announced and also released. Razbam is still in debt to deliver what they have been paid for. Lets see if they stick to their promises this time.
  13. That only says that they have one team for coding three available aircrafts which are far away from bug free or complete, and that they have four other, wait, five other in the pipeline. And everything is so written, that you could do easy tricks with the words. If they stick to their promises to fix and finish the released ones before touching anything new, you should consider that a release, even as EA, for the F-15 or Mig-23 sounds completely undoable within 2020. So we are talking about 2021. Maybe. Still unrealistic. Then there is still the Bronco and the Super Tucano. And then, there is the Bo. So will the Bo get preferred over another module, or can we expect it somewhere around 2025? You see, a roadmap would not need any specific dates. Even without years, it would be enough if they could tell what they wanna do in what particular order. People paid a full price for the Mirage, the Harrier and the Mig-19. Razbam is still in the debt to deliver. It doesn't make a good picture for them if they keep announcing one module after the other while they still can't get existing ones fixed. They can't even get their bug section managed...
  14. Yeah, you guys are right. An official roadmap and a clear statement from Razbam how they plan to go on would end all guessing and would remove any room for speculations.
  15. CptSmiley is a FM coder Zeus & Elwood are System coders. So they have two system coders and one FM coder. Not more. Three unfinished and buggy all over modules released, promised to touch nothing before those are finished and bug free, but also at the same time announced that the Mig-23 and the F-15 will hit DCS in 2020. They now also said that they will code the systems for the Bo-105 and also have the Super Tucano and Bronco in the pipeline. If they don't have a Fluxcompensator I'm surprised to see how they'll stick to all their promises and with which quality they will deliver. Small hint: If you bring those questions up the table, Decoy most likely gonna delete those posts and open questions remain unanswered. See the other Bo-105 thread here.
  16. Great to see that they've sorted it out
  17. If you have never anything to do with steam, how can you judge it? Saying its bloatware shows that you really don't know what you are talking about... The problem with steam is simple: The busines model of DCS with all EA and pre-sale is mostly illegal in most countries. (At least here in europe). And based on that, steam doesn't want to have those busines models in their shop. So if they want to use steam with that busines model, they need to find agreements with them. As HB did with the F-14 and ED already with the F-16. Sounds strange, but steam just wants to protect their customers and achieve a quality standard. If you play more games then only DCS, and probably have also friends playing with xou together, then steam is just simple awesome. In any kind.
  18. The SC brings so far only problems. Paywall, trying to catch users from steam to standalone etc.. I still think that it was not a good decision how to handle it, and probaly many problems will start to arise during time. However, regarding the Multicrew problem: Easy thinking: Pilot is in control over the aircraft, so it should be enough if the pilot has the SC. But to be fair: if the RIO would have it and the pilot not, then it should also be not useable. Just my 2 cents.

  21. I still would like to see a roadmap from Razbam to see how they wanna proceed with all their announced modules but without breaking any promises again. Also lets see if they shine again with absence on the next patch.
  22. Hmmm... They promised to finish all their modules before touching anything new. This would mean, that they have to complete and fix the Mirage, the Harrier and the Mig-19. Based on the speed they have been working in the last years, this would last at least until the end of 2021. Then they could start to code their promised Mig-23 and F-15. This would need another 4 years at least, so maybe end of 2025. Then they could start to code the Bo, which would probably take two years. So you could expect it at the end of 2026. If they stick to their promises and work with the same speed... Oh, I forgot the Super Tucano and Bronco, which are also already developed by them. I'm highly excited to see how they'll do that all. We all know that coding is their weak spot, and all open tasks are pretty codeing intensive. They just have two system, and one FM coder. But maybe they're hiring, who knows...
  23. Der RIO Sitz macht richtig viel Spaß, man muss nur einmal die hohe Einstiegshürde überwinden...

    AAR in F/A 18

  25. It would be very unwise to deny steam users the same discount possibility. Steam users are very much increasing during the last months and DCS also benefits a lot from steam. If they want, I'm sure they find a solution to offer the same on all distribution platforms. I'm pretty sure this isn't a cheap trick to pull people over to the standalone.
