  1. Perfect! Thanks!
  2. Seriously? Your first post in this forums and just for asking to be part of CB? Honestly: If you knew how to become involved in testing and how to be a vital part in this community you'd better had chosen another way. Cheers!
  3. LOL.... Ok.... Now confusion is perfect!!!
  4. It shouldn't be there at all!!! One of the huge (besides many more) flaws in the Huey interior model. The co-pilots collective is a completely different piece featuring only the starter trigger and the RPM INCR/DECR switch. (Hydr emer Sw on some models) Cheers
  5. Version 1.1 is out and available for download! HERE Along with an adapted manual for version 1.1 Cheers
  6. Hello Lads,.... as far as I understand the article on the Nvidia homepage, I doubt that it will be helpful in VR. This is what the actiavtion options in the Nvidia CP look like:
  7. But the real pilots had lots of training and handpicked instructors to teach them those things. Sorry, I had to say it. The thoughts of @Rudel_chw lead to a good way. It's a helpfull feature to learn using the differential breaking. And lots of practice is the key to success here. I hated it as well but I had to cope with it. At the end it is a simulation and not just a game. Cheers
  8. I will give some feedback in a couple of weeks. Plan is to test the 3 by the end of Feb. Looking forward to it! Cheers
  9. Oh.... One more thing. I know it has been discussed some time ago but I was unable to dig out the correct thread. Some of you skins do not display correctly and I know there was a trick to get it solved. I am getting strange squares with some of the skins and/ or missing textures on the pylons. That ist not the wildest issue since I am now able to remove then Maybe you could help me out with the issue. Cheers!
  10. 8-Ball, Those are by far the sweetest Mods I have seen for a very long time! Thanks a lot for those! For me it seems you really know of how to mod the Huey, which is great! I have a couple more ideas, and the needed background in regards of the RL items. I'd really like to get in touch with you just to discuss the one or other thing Cheers!
  11. Viper, just out of curiosity: Have you ever gotten something printed or finished from you good looking CAD-designs? Could you post some pictures of the results? Thanks and Cheers!
  12. Darkman, that is the reason why I backdated to 271 again! In conjunction with the 497.29 driver it gives me by far the best results. Especially in MP. I experienced that the Nvidia drivers have a great impact on the performance in relation to the PiTool version. Backdating the Nvidia drivers could also make a difference. In accordance with your system specs it's trial and error. Cheers
  14. BigNewy! Thx! That did the job! All fine now! Cheers
  15. Thx.... Will give it a shot and will report. Cheers
  16. Superb!!!
  17. Hello everyone, I have encountered an issue on some MP servers (like AO). After joining the server, the main sound is getting kinda muted, despite being on 100%. That phenomenon is only present in MP. After returning to the main screen, volume jumps up to the normal level again. Any clues on that? Cheers
  18. Hey darkman, that sounds really really strange! What GPU driver are you using? Your system should easily be able to handle the 8KX with satisfying settings. As you can see in my signature, I am operating 2 different systems with using an even more demanding headset from time to time. I never faced any of your issues EXCEPT when I was tweaking the RAM on my DDR4 board. But optimizing the system and also checking the LTs on the RAM solved my problem with the DDR4. To be honest: I never really found out what caused the step on the brakes. But neither did I care since everything was just fine afterwards. Have you checked your background tasks when running DCS? Cheers
  19. Well guys, what shall I say..... Whenever you need a solution for a specific control issue or wish, @yogi149 is the man! He is very supportive and his work is just as excellent as his suggestions, tips or hints. I can warmly recommend his work and his products! Cheers!
  20. http://www.microhelis.de Top notch Huey and other helicopter controls. Along with almost anything you need to built a decent pit!
  21. Hey everyone. Has anyone noticed major changes with the latest 1.2 version of the shader? TIA
  22. Well, IMO there's nothing wrong with the way Pimax is promoting. What they do is giving an outlook on what they are developping. Exactly what all the other developers had been doing in the past. I recall companies like Star VR, HP, even Varjo... you name them. And Pimax is just a company like any other trying to sell their products. What you see here is just the same sh*** that any other car company or whatever is also doing. So your comparison is quite right @Harlikwin. But name a company acting in another way! It will be of course a different story when they field the new product and everyone has the opportunity to judge by himself. Just remember: They started croudfunding and have not been a very big player at the time they came to the surface. And until today they are unbeaten when it comes to the FOV/FPS balance and pricing. Even their support is nothing someone could complain about. I own all kinds of headsets with the Pimax being the one in everyday use in DCS. Only had issues once, when it refused to work after a Windows update blocking my USB ports. Problem was solved with a Pimax employe within a day.
  23. Thanks for your efforts so far. What I have found out is that the pedals move in the opposite direction when moved. Pressing the left pedal makes the right one move forward and vice versa. Now you should focus on the flight model and the looks of the interior. Unfortunately those are some true weak points. But I am fortunate that you will cope this, since you have came so far! Cheers
  24. Absolute greatness!!! Btw: Did you figure out to get the WSPS shown without having the external hardpoints? That would also be great! Cheers
  25. Everything fine on this side. What hardware are you using? Cheers
