  1. The F/A-18 has very good training missions and is easy to fly and land. Give it a go and have fun!
  2. My (Red) flight attacks when issued the "attack ground targets" command; doesn't when ordered "attack primary and rejoin" (in this case, they immediatly respond with "rejoin") I did everything as you suggested in the spoiler tags. Will try to better nurse Blue flight along to the target area.
  3. In M1 and M2: When approaching the K-55 I switch to channel 1 to talk to the atc, but still get the rtb conversation with mission control. I think the conversation should be triggered much sooner and only when channel 2 is dialed in.
  4. In M1 and M2 I'm unable to get Blue flight to attack the primary targets. I wait up at the airfield and we fly to the target area. After tally calls by my wingmen I order my flight to attack ground targets and Blue flight to attack mission primary via F10. Blue flight responds via radio, but don't follow the orders. In M1 they happily fly on toward WP3 and in M2 they just circle around Any tips?
  5. I'm two missions into the campaign and so far like it. The missions are around 30 minutes, which suits me quite nicely.
  6. Bought! Brushed up on the F-86 by replaying the Museum Relic campaign in preparation for this.
  7. The update came as a complete and very welcome surprise after the long silence regarding the map improvements!
  8. 2560x1440 ist 16:9 nicht 21:9. Meintest du vielleicht 2560x1080?
  9. In the mission editor there is an option to clear a circular region from trees. I did that for a few missions of the Huey'S U.N. campaign. But those mission files were not encrypted, so I don't know if that works for the payware missions too.
  10. We know they are working on the long awaited Mi-24 Hind. My guess is he meant that one.
  11. Better prepare for a very long wait. ;)
  12. None of those have a campaign included that has anything to do with WW2. To get WW2 you need to buy the Normandy map and assett pack, or else you'll fly in a non WW2 environment. For me the payware DLCs are the only reason to buy into DCS:WW2 (as you don't fly online), so I would plan my purchase accordingly. I suggest the P-51 + Normandy + assett pack + Bunyaps campaign for that plane to get you started. If you absolutely prefer Axis planes, the Bf-109 + Normandy + assett pack + Reflecteds campaign.
  13. Now you spoiled all the fun, SD! Hopefully we'll still see something new in the newsletter.
  14. Für 290 USD bekommt man nur Handschuhe, die Tracker muss man extra kaufen. Hier sind für 350 USD auch zwei Tracker enthalten: https://www.captoglove.com/shop/digital-combat-simulation-dcs-bundle-suite/
  15. I'm confused... Yes to "will DCS still recognize it and keep my assignments?" or "Yes" to "will I need to plug in all my assignments again?"
  16. Verkaufe meine Thrustmaster TPR Pedale, gekauft 10/2018 bei Amazon. Einwandfreier Zustand. Preis 350 inkl. Versand nach Österreich oder Deutschland.
  17. Looking around this forum, the Rift S and Reverb are the preferred vr headsets for DCS.
  18. As far as I know, Veteran66 did a WW2 German radio mod: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2161798/ Maybe you could ask him if you could use that?
  19. Looking forward to them. Or a used GF2 ;-)
  20. Good times ahead! We'll see affordable megamulticore cpus in the very near future. High time to utilize those cores in DCS!
  21. It could be a very long time before the throttle appears and even longer for the switch panel. Better ask again then.
  22. +1. Love your vids, RedKite!
  23. Ein Anfang. Sobald die AIM-120 losgeschickt werden können, wird's interessant.
