There's no appropriate place to get your carrier crews sea-sick until perhaps marianas map. Until then, anywhere the SC can go on DCS maps conceivably (without time travel to be off the coast of Normandy) you're going to have take waters. If you want realism, that's a fact of life you'll have to live with

This is precisely why there shouldn't be a separate slider, wave height is a function of wind speed & duration & fetch. I don't know if fetch is significant enough in the cacusus or PG map, on Normandy map it runs all the way to north America Because wave height is coupled to wind speed the way it is, there's no reason for ED to separate them in ME

There is a A-4 mod that by all rights should be a full fledged official module in DCS already

yes it can. i merged the logbook of a "dead" version of me and the current version of me. It takes some time and careful editing of the logbook file, but it can be done. you just increment the values in the destination file by the value in the file youre discarding

Suit yourself. But you're missing out. You do realize you can map out the buttons yourself so you can have common controls, don't you? There are many controls that are unique to each aircraft, but the common ones I use universal assignments. No way I could remember unique assignments across all the modules! It's a bit unrealistic what you're asking however. Virtually every pilot has their own unique controller setup and their individual preferences. There's no way for ED and the 3rd parties to predict what u want. Take 5 minutes, set up the controls for how u like it . DCS is not a sim for those who prefer to be spoon-fed

Depends on what metric you use. On a geologic time scale, once every five months is pretty much constant! Historically, stable updates came about every three weeks. There's no reason to expect that has changed. 256 update was an outlier, not the new business as usual.

I got equivalent performance, but sweet jeebus flying the new ka-50 from the new kuz over Dubai in the evening was beautiful! Before installing the update, I deleted all the shader files, so perhaps that helped
