Boberro Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 That's two. How many more times does this image need to be quoted. By a moderator no less, and in two different threads. http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2014924&postcount=312  That's nothing. I've seen in Military thread quote of few very big pictures (I don't know I guess minimum 5000x4000 px) only to say "nice pics" :megalol::D Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... luckyhendrix Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 So, is there going to be an announcement or not ?
upupandaway Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Tomorrow? ;) WIP screen looks great so far. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Deedle, deedle!
WildBillKelsoe Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 why is everybody hasty with the announcement? If they have something to show it will be in due time. I'm not telling you to shut up, guys, no... I just want to wake up one morning, find 100 users on this very subforum, with a bold lettering DCS Mig-21 Bis Fishbed beta available for purchasing to which of course I'll pay a special trip to my (2 buildings away) bank, take a number, wait then wait... then wait more.... then my number comes up... (And I'm oblivious to the fact I funded the digital copy twice) Then I go to the teller, throw the money at their face. Fill out a deposit form And tease the bank manager that I need to purchase an online airline ticket right now (of course the airline being Eagle Dynamics) Which he'll make a call to Visa (or MasterCard for those phishy scammers) ... explain that the situation is live or death And I happily RTB like I won a $425 Mil lottery ticket raffle, open the browser, download the beta... And start getting cross-eyed from the Cyrilic Russian painting every switch, knob, lever in that cockpit... AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. We're going to be a little more tight-lipped with specific dates or timeframes for non-critical issues, so as to avoid disappointment when unexpected issues cropping up and causing things to shift around. Soon! :) Cobra Can we now pre-order for many of us, This should help you guys out even more. Thanks and great work. Thank you too! No Pre-orders at this point and possibly not at all. Drona Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 I believe that the plane kills you only if you're in India ;) The great Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Although it has a poor safety record in India (mostly due to lack of spares), you must remember that India was/is the largest operator of the MiG-21 outside of Russia, almost 600 aircraft and some of them still fly. Over five decades of service. Not many countries/organizations can manage a huge fleet like that.
