Yep...I love it...cant wait to blow up trains and convoys. Hopefully, a quick two weeks!

Then Some familiarization work in prep for Normandy!

Fortunately, Mk IX is slightly stable, anyway, the required stick travel is not high... but nothing extraordinary. Very pleasant to fly, very controllable, predictable and steady.

 

We never refuse to correct something that was found outside ED if it is really proven...But we never will follow some "experts" who think that only they are the greatest aerodynamic guru with a secret knowledge. :smartass:

Spitfire Ales moved from cupboard to fridge

Wash silk scarf

Clean goggles

Watch "Battle Of Britain", "Dark Blue World", and "Piece Of Cake"

 

Starting to feel that enjoying flying the Me 109 is somehow unpatriotic.

Interest in flying all other DCS aircraft fading rapidly.....

Diagnosis - Spitfire Fever confirmed.

Cure will be available in two weeks. Be Sure. :smilewink:

Now if only the explosion effects in the game could come close to matching those in the video. That train engine explosion was impressive. Sadly it will not be in DCS.

Nah. Pre-purchase announcement clearly pointed towards the 16th.

5 days left and I just pressed the button. Cannot wait to get flying this bird in MP:)

 

When I was driving round the Cleveland/Middlesbrough area about 10 years ago I came upon this which was a huge surprise. I approached headon to the front of the plane and was like WTF!!! I am about to be strafed:helpsmilie:
