That it does. It will be out when its out....

Early Autumn doesnt meant Sept. 23rd (was correcting his dates, not sure why people thing the first day of fall is the 21st....) it means before the end of Autumn.

Exactly! This is going to ruin this forum like it did for the Tomcat. smh

x-wing module confirmed!

I'm starting to see why pilots who have flown both say the FA18 has a better pilot interface when compared to the F16 It's really great that we get to see these two modules side by side at this quality level.

It is because Steam has a "release" date, which I think without looking is the 25th. So everyone thinks that it will be that week.

Oh yeah I agree the HOTAS and pilot machine interface in the Viper is kind os horrible. Not gonna lie.

Agreed and the end of Autumn is December 21st.

So . . . somewhere between Sept. 21 and Dec. 21 if I understand the common calendar correctly or my understanding of when the sun crosses the meridians. :)

I know but it's already been mentioned that is a placeholder for Steam since they need an actual date to post.

The F-16 HOTAS mechanic is far superior to the Hornet. You’ve got one less MFD, task switching and HOTAS commands are a lot smoother.

Hm, we both are gullible now, probably  Sorry to all for the f14-like discussion beginning :noexpression:

The astronomical equinox can vary as it's based on the position of the Earth vs the sun. This year it's the 23rd (0750Zulu in the UK).

it means before the end of Autumn.

The meteorological autumn began on Sept 1st, so by that criterion the F-16C module is already overdue. Will I complain? Of course not, as I'm an adult. :)

I hope not. Most of us are realists, who want a usable, realistic F-16C. Anyone holding ED to a specific delivery date is a fantasist. We all know the challenges ED face, let them concentrate on delivering the module we want.

I think we should have a crystal ball and astrology forum for the various plane releases.

That being said its moving along fairly quick by the look of the various videos. We will likely get an AA vid or 2, and 1-2 more AG videos looking at the EA list. Maybe a separate one on AA radar.

I have an F-16 question! can 07 usaf block 50 CCIP display TACAN symbols on the HSD page and or provide steering cues to the station on the HUD? Or is it just displayed on the EHSI?

Thanks for the update and all of the videos! They are incredible to watch and very informative. Things are getting very exciting with the F-16 now!

Nice work with the rockets by the way...Obi-Wan Kenobi would be proud!
