So... the one question everyone REALLY wants to ask is...

When can we get it? :D :joystick:

(Not trying to be a douchebag, it's just that it's about time DCS had a new module that I *really* want!)

Cheers

The Friday News said that the Team has 15 people, so I'm optimistic that they can advance more quickly than your estimate.

However, as the saying goes: 9 women can‘t make a baby in one month.

Never a bad thing to keep in mind when it comes to software development.

Maddox might hear you and order you to close that book and never open.

Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

Well...

Bearing in mind the time gap the other modules took to get available, and the complexity of this one (flight model, avionics, sensors, systems, etc...), I'm not really expecting it to be available before some 18 to 24 months or so.

For my view, This depend of strategy development way and the power team of company,

1) if they want perfect product with less bug, they will take lot of years like F14 healbur, can be 3-5 years ? but the price will be high for long time.

2) if only basic feature are just implemented for releasing and after they are going for rolling upgrade for improvements features and fix bug like razbam we can buy him in <2 year. but the first release will give lot of dissatisfaction and they can't sell them full price. that will take time before the product become acceptable.

That depend also how long for getting confidential information, like the fligth model and technical operation manual of EF2000 T1. Airbus is relative flexible with simulation tools but it can be very long for getting answer.
