And while we are at it, not that I have a horse in this fight, but looking at this thread and the previous one from the outside, the Anti-Razbam faction, for lack of a better term, seems to get a lot more leeway in regards to going massively off topic, moderation-wise..

I am not worried about going off-topic really in this thread, there is not anything really to discuss that hasn't been said in the OP. The only things we are concerned about here are fighting between each other, and wild conspiracy theories on both sides. As always if you see something you feel breaks the rules and needs removed, you can report it. I would also note people do not see warnings and hidden posts, so suggesting we are picking on one side more than another isn't really the case, although one side might come up with wilder theories than the other.

Will DCS provide us with an actual, real-world, authentic response that tells us the actual, genuine status of the dispute? We would like for the dispute to be resolved so we can get our updates again.

Short answer is no. They have said there will be no further discussion on the status of the dispute until it's resolved.

There's no set time, I've known legal disputes settled in 6 weeks while others have taken 3 years. As no one but those dealing with it know the intimate details or the progression of the dispute we will just have to wait instead of people always going for worse case scenarios.

Serious question: Is there a way to blacklist certain threads/topics, so that they don't appear in the feed (All activity)? That could come in handy from time to time.

And I don't mean it in a snarky way. Could be really helpful to tidy up the feed from topics one simply isn't interested in.......

This whole situation sucks for the customer. Companies fight, and the consumer pays the price in the end. Having to wait years for the Strike Eagle to be finished with all the promised early access features is not exactly what I expected when I got it last year. I figured by now we’d have the AGM-130 and Datalink.

No, Eagle Dynamics is very healthy aside from this dispute currently, all other 3rd Parties and the ED development team continue to work and push new and exciting content out to you. 

How can you keep selling the F-15E or other modules?
Right now we are working within the framework of the legal advice moving forward and not wanting to cause any more riffs or issues. It's a complex process at this point and most likely why it seems to be moving so slowly for everyone. Nothing more can be said about that right now. Sorry.

Please feel free to discuss the known info from the first post, but leave the other theories off these forums please and thanks.
